Best Western Windsor Suites

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The beds were well made each morning with extra care taken for my kids' blankies and stuffed animals.

We were in town for a robotics competition that required some early mornings. We were told by the hotel that the kitchen area would be open for an earlier-than-normal breakfast but nobody from the hotel notified the kitchen staff. It was remedied on the second day. Additionally, I was charged twice for my stay - once through booking.com and once by the hotel. The Best Western did remedy this after it was called to their attention.

The breakfast was better than expected. The pool was closed for maintenance, which was disappointing. There isn’t an elevator at this property, which wasn’t clear. It was not a huge problem for me but might be for other travelers. All of the staff was courteous except for the man at the front desk during the day on Friday, 9/2/2022. He was really crabby and complained about the fact that housekeeping was short staffed that day. It really was not a great first impression, given I had not stayed at a Best Western property before. The staff for the rest of the weekend was great though!

The breakfast was OK. A couple of protein options & other usuals you'd expect.

The bathroom of our room was not in good shape. The vent was filthy, the shower head had black mold like? substance, and there was hair, etc. in the corners (also the sink area). You NEVER like to see other people's hair in your hotel room. The shower head was not adjustable (so water just sprayed the wall (I'm 5'2"). The 1st impression as we drove up to the hotel was such that we considered canceling. I decided to go in to check it out, and the lobby was very comfortable - so we stayed.

Our room location was perfect. Just a short walk to vending or the pool. The room a/c was very cold and all room amenities were great.

I didn't like having to climb the stairs, due to my disability, to get to a working ice machine. The pool room was excessively hot inside. It might be a good idea to make the big windows into giant bifold doors that could be opened to allow the room to air out in the evening time.

Everything is always good at this hotel. The breakfast host was amazing. Went out of his way to help people and was super polite. His name was something like Moses? Someone should give him a bonus.

The hotel didn't give me anything to complain about. My husband did get on my nerves a little and skip the great breakfast service. His loss I guess. Looks like we will have to come back so he gets the full experience.

This place was great! the staff was friendly, room was huge the location was wonderful!!

the pool was cool but my son loved it, there were a few hairs in the tube but i have been a housekeeper it is hard to get all the hair or it could have came from the housekeeper so it was not a deal breaker

Cleaning crew needs to pay attention to detail. The average person wouldn't notice but since I have a cleaning company I notice things like dirty doors, light switches, showers not cleaned the best, and make up on the comforter. I still stayed there because it's little stuff. Over all was a decent place to stay. Front desk staff and kitchen staff are very nice

The breakfast was excellent. Could not have been better. Food and the guys hospitality was excellent. The location of the motel is really good for UA sports fans. The room was clean and bed comfy. The front desk staff was excellent. You have a gem in the lady Savannah. She’s so knowledgeable of a smart phone and tv. Parking was great - at our door.

I think the owners should update the facility. It’s showing it’s age. The room was stepping back in the 90s mayb. I think more attention should also be given to placing safety features in all baths such as rubber mats for bathtub, more safety bars on bath wall, more functional lighting, and larger trash cans.

I loved the cleanliness, the room was nice size, and the food was good

I didn’t like that the pool closed at 10 it should stay open till at least 11 or midnight for families that get in later to check in

The room was great…glad to have a refrigerator! LOVED the breakfast!!! LOTS of variety & the attendant was very friendly! Was able to get a checkout of 1 hour later (12 noon)!
