Staybridge Suites Fayetteville, an IHG Hotel

The location of this property was so close to everything! We had a great stay.

When we arrived, the front side of the parking lot was completely iced over. This side was shaded. I have a toddler that I carry through parking lots and I was very afraid I was going to fall while carrying him. When we left two days later, it was still iced over. There were no attempts made to salt it that we could see.

I liked the arrangement of the room, the view we had, and my partner did enjoy the breakfast portion. The staff were kind and friendly. If we asked for more towels, they happily assisted us. The staff answered any questions we had. I also liked that checkout was at 12 PM.

It's just a personal dislike of mine, but the thermostat temperature couldn't be changed. It was colder than I liked but it was bearable.

It was very beautiful and the two full size beds were comfortable. It was convenient bc there were two TVs , a full size fridge, a stove top , and a dishwasher.

I did not like the pull out couch bed in the living room area, the mattress was not comfortable at all for my kiddos. Also I am a smoker, even though outside lounge area is great, there was only one covered pavilion so when it rained there was no where to sit. I had to Stand and share the covers pavilion with the grills. But besides those two things we had a great time and will be choosing this hotel again.

Grab and go breakfast was better than any other we've had since covid. Loved the firepit in the courtyard at night.

Jacuzzi tub was closed.

Healthy, complimentary "reception" food included spinach, black beans, mushrooms and carrots. I appreciated these healthy options. (My husband chose the pork tacos.) Hotel just across the street from the Baum Walker baseball stadium!

The staff was so friendly. The kitchenette in the room was really nice. We were surprised but during it stay they had social hour in the evening that served dinner. Breakfast was really good. We really enjoyed our stay and well worth the value.

Very accommodating and very friendly. Property was all clean and kept.

Would of liked breakfast to start earlier. We had to leave at 630am and we’re not able to have breakfast cause it didn’t start till 730am.

Staff were friendly and professional. Managers were very helpful. Bed was comfy. Location was good. Breakfast was good (though I would've preferred real bacon rather than turkey bacon). Quiet.

My door lock was a bit finicky. I usually had to try several times before it would work. Once, I had to swipe 6 or 7 times before the door unlocked. Not a big deal, but a little frustrating.

Very good breakfast. Good coffee. Staff are great, and kept the tables clean. The chef not only kept replenish the good, he also cleans and checks everything. Great crew!

understanding the Covid 19 effect, it would still be nice to change the sheets every 2-3 days.

I love how clean everything is always. The staff is helpful and Friendly. Covid Era breakfast is way better than any other hotel we have stayed at. We had 2 breakfast sandwich options, fruit, bread, yogurt, juice and coffee and the option to eat there. We always enjoy our stays here and will be back in the future 🙂

Our room was cold when we came in, while it's snowing outside it was about 65 inside, but we called the front desk and all they had to do was use a pen to reset it, so if anyone is like us and stays at staybridge often, there's the trick.
