Wyndham Fort Smith City Center

The location was great for where I wanted to be which was downtown. Love the bar and lounge area, the staff is always nice. The room was clean and spacious and the bed was very comfortable!

I ended up forgetting something in the room when I went back later to get it they said house keeping had left and they were the only ones with a key which I think is ridiculous and no excuse for. There should be a manager or supervisor or someone there with a key at all times for access to the lost and found! They said I would have to come back tomorrow when housekeeping was there but it was heading out of town like most people when the check out so I wasn't able to come back. This is unacceptable to me!

The Bed was the most comfortable I have been in. I really needed great rest because I have been on the road since the beginning of the year. I got exactly that...great sleep.

WE need a refrigerator and microwave in the room as standard. It was greatly inconvenient to have a great salad in the restaurant downstairs and have to leave my leftovers out on the desk for hours. If I wanted to reheat my steak leftovers or make some popcorn, a microwave is a must. if a far lesser property can have them, so should this property.

We were pleasantly surprised. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The hotel is huge with a large atrium in the middle. They serve breakfast to your table, over-looking a tall waterfall in the atrium. Right next door to the convention center.

The breakfast service was slow. The restaurant appeared under-staffed that day, with only one women working the entire area for breakfast. She was very friendly and did a good job to please everyone even though it took a long time (over 30 minutes) before our breakfast arrived.

I liked the easiness of checking in to the hotel. Everyone was very nice, the room was clean and the beds were comfortable.

I did not like that my mother had to pay $15 for eggs and toast. A little pricey. The lack of parking is an inconvenience. I tried to keep my room clean throughout the stay but the cleaning staff did not have trashbags, so i constanly had to get my trash in a small bag and take several trips to the trashcan downstairs.

The atmosphere was great, staff was very nice and professional! Loved the bar area!

We left a couple items in the room, went back to get them later, front desk said housekeeping had left for the day and they don't have access to lost and found after housekeeping leaves. This is ridiculous, the front desk should have access to lost and found because you never know when someone's going to come back I get their items now I have to wait til tomorrow. This policy needs to change!!!

Sam was very Knowledgeable and Kind when we checked in he made it very easy. The pool Was Heated and perfect temperature. Very Nice social environment for entertaining in the lobby.

The room itself could use some updating The Windows Had condensation all on the inside and Mold was visible on the walls. The carpet was wet about 4” out from the window itself. When we pulled the sleeper sofa out for our daughter it also appeared to have what looked like mold on the frame of the bed.

Very clean!

The breakfast was too expensive for what was being served! It should have been free! Also I had an executive suite and I was surprised and disappointed because it didn’t have a microwave and refrigerator …my husband is a diabetic and there wasn’t a refrigerator to put his insulin in. Most hotels come with at least the refrigerator in those type of rooms .

We loved the refurbished hotel with the huge atrium. The lobby and common area layout was great. The restaurant was open a bit later which was very convenient. The food was excellent. The room was very comfortable and the staff was super friendly.

Parking lot is small. My booking from Booking.com came across without the breakfast included. This was quickly fixed.

The bed was FANTASTIC! I slept really well. The location was perfect. The room was quiet and clean. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.

The room was clean, but there were some black marks on the duvet cover. The decor was rather tired and outdated, and the room was a little musty until I turned on the AC. The lobby looked a little tired and outdated.

The staff was extremely courtious & very helpful. Check in was easy. The bed was extremely comfortable. Facilities were very clean. Restaurant was resonably priced and very good. Was there for the Steel Horse Rally and couldnt ask for a better location. Will definately book here again.

No fridge or microwave in the room like pictured when we booked. My wife carries Epi-pens for an allergy and the cold pack needs to be frozen each night.
