Comfort Inn and Suites Van Buren - Fort Smith

Just had a good feeling staying there....great staff and will definitely stay there again....wouldn't have minded a multiple day stay

Fast easy check-in with Catherine, there was a nice size bedroom, good sized closet, plenty of parking--we loved the walk-in shower, and a nice larger mini fridge with a freezer. Nice sitting area in the room. Excellent breakfast-- loved the mini waffles. Used the laundry room, very clean facility. Easy access to the highway

We go to this area often and always stay at this hotel. the owners are friendly and greatest helpful with places we might want to go to. The breakfast bar has a little to be desired but that's not why we stay here. Beds are super comfy. Love the showers.

Hotel was nice

Your staff is not allowed to ask for card of service dog. We had to pay additional of 40 $. Will not stay there again. Had to explain the situation to manager (that's what he said he was) but he didn't care and explained his story about cleaning.

All the staff were friendly and courteous. Rooms including bathrooms were very clean. The shower was wonderful with lots of pressure!

Didn’t like that we had to ask for more towels because of covid no housekeeper came to see if we needed more towels or to take out trash. The pool had way too much chlorine we couldn’t even stay in room was burning eyes without even getting in pool. So that was bad.

Everything looked nice, the room was clean. The bed was comfortable.

The remote to the tv didn’t work so we couldn’t watch tv. We went to the front desk and a lady gave us new batteries but they were the wrong size. We were supposed to have a couch in our room per the description , but got a different room.

Great location and well lit. This is the cleanest Comfort Inn I’ve ever stayed in! WONDERFUL! The staff was great, bed so comfortable and a great shower. Breakfast was fair, but everything else was fantastic!

Breakfast eggs tasted like powdered eggs. Sausage only so-so.

Breakfast was good. Staff was accommodating and helpful.

Guest computer didn’t have Word or Excel, so working with either of those platforms was not possible. I could print a document, but could not change any parameters on the print job.

We were so impressed with the cleanliness of this hotel. The bathrooms were thoughtfully remodeled. They removed the tub/shower combo and made it into a walk in shower. They did it in such a way that no shower glass or curtain was needed. Bye bye gross curtain. The staff was great and pet friendly. The beds and pillows were very comfy. They lived up to their name!

Good Location - right by I-40 although there was a bit of highway noise... mainly caused by truckers' jake brakes. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, the staff was attentive and the shower was modern.

The only really bad thing was the grab-n-go breakfast... one tiny apple juice and one small granola bar. We were told that was all that was left even though we came down at 6:10 a.m. No fruit, no yogurt, no muffins, no tea or decaf (there was reg. coffee). We ended up going through the Wendy's drive through down the street.
