Quality Inn Fort Smith I-540

Cheaper price than others. Clean room. Comfy bed. Clean bathroom. I only stayed one night and wasn't at the hotel long, only to sleep and go, so for my needs it met everything I needed. Looked like I would have enjoyed it more if I had stayed longer.

Room next to me was listening to the TV a little loud, but I turned the fan on the AC on constant on to drown out the noise. Wish I had brought my own pillow though, the small pillows were not comfortable.

I was so happy and impressed with the staff. They were so friendly. When we arrived they were waiting for us it was late we were so tired. The front desk clerk had all the paperwork ready to sign with our keys. It was so convenient and smooth we were so grateful

That it was just for one night we were just passing through. We would definitely stay again. And the breakfast was great too.

The location was great, the rooms were clean and smelled good. Parking was close to our room. The pool looked clean but we didn't swim. Our room was comfortable.

The lady at the desk was not friendly at all. 1st the coffee maker was out of coffee and had to wait to get some brought out since it was shift change and no one was there to make it. The pancake maker was out of dough and she had to replace it. It took her 20 minutes and then she told us someone else would have to fix it, she couldn't . After waiting all that time we didn't get pancakes for breakfast. My son said lets just go to McDs. Our shower could have been cleaner- it looked stained not dirty but I wasn't sure.

Location. Mall next door. McDonald's next door...which was Convenient since the breakfast sucked at the hotel. Pool was open.

The receptionist was unfriendly. She didn't tell us when breakfast was or that it was really small. She didn't tell us the pool was open. She didn't tell us when to check-out. Found our reservation and gave us our cards. Dry personality. The website advertised a full breakfast. It was not. The website advertised a jacuzzi. There is no jacuzzi.

Bed was comfy, staff was great. Very easy check in. Close to all good food places. Shower water pressure was amazing. Will stay there again.

Air conditioner worked but could have worked alittle better. I'd say it needs charged. It never cooled off completely in there and was sweating all night. Of course, I'm hot natured so that didn't help.

location was great. close to main road with lots of eating places. The area was pretty quit for as busy as the roads were.

Breakfast was pretty picked over around 0815 -0830 time frame. The WI-FI wouldn't stay on all night. Had to keep signing back into it.

We stayed 9 days. The rate are good. The people was very friendly. Had a awesome breakfast every morning. The kid's played in the pool. I will highly recommend this place.

extremely accommodating and friendly staff. got in late to crash for the night during a long trip and check in was a breeze. Room was comfortable and bathroom super clean. enjoyed our stay. extra points for being pet friendly.

Their advertisement said pool and we get there and there pool was closed and had been closed all day and possibly longer. We chose that hotel for the pool. Also it said hot breakfast and they did have biscuits and gravy but the biscuits were so hard I couldn't cut it.

Very quiet so grateful for that. Very clean rooms, well kept. Very polite staff.

Person smoking just as leaving the bldg, getting big inhale of it. Had to hold breath next trip to car while packing up. I'm very allergic to it
