Overall an excellent property! Staff-excellent. Rooms-excellent. Spacious and clean. Great attention to detail.

Two things: 1) Internet access was difficult. Requires signing up for Hilton Honors. I understand that marketing is everything in this day and age but this was annoying to me. 2) TV had a moderate amount of channels available but NO GUIDE. Not even a printed one. For the price point I would think this would be an “attention to detail” point that would be on the list. On my trip I stayed in a small renovated motel that had complete DirecTV in the room.

Very clean and nice the breakfast is one of the best I've ever seen in a hotel setting! I feel like it could have been a little cheaper than I paid for the queen suite but there were 4 teenage boys and 2 adults and we had plenty of room!! I'd stay again! Pool area was nice it was just us down there the whole time.

Feel like the process could have been a little better other than that everything was great!

We absolutely loved our stay here! the room was amazing and fit our needs perfectly! The staff was very nice. the breakfast staff that we saw there was super nice and super friendly!

The only thing that could have been better would be I would recommend that anyone checking in with 3 kiddos (our kids ages were 4, 6, and 6) put them on a ground floor room so as to not disturb people under us. We got a complaint evidently, but it is hard to keep little kids from being super excited about a new place.. and with people under us.. that was just not a great room to be on the 2nd floor the 1st floor would be a better place to put a family with young kids.

Breakfast foods were fresh & well stocked! All selections were very tasty. We appreciate how clean the spaces are. We travel w/our pet (18# Yorkie) & like the little treats supplied!!!

My husband & I are both handicapped. It would have been beneficial for a little later checkout time.

The rooms were spacious, the staff was friendly, the breakfast was amazing, the lobby bathrooms were immaculate, the pool was crystal clear and fully stocked with fresh towels. Everyday housekeeping came in and cleaned and even made the kids beds with their throw blankets they brought from home.

The hotel is very new.

The tile floors in my room were pretty disgusting however. Someone before me has spilled a dark liquid on them and it had clearly not been cleaned. Made me question how much of the rest of the room had actually been cleaned. The next morning a woman pulled into the parking lot next to me and put all the dirty linens from the back of a third car into her mini van. It was her personal mini van with car seats and trash not a commercial van that was a linen service. It appeared the hotel does not do laundry on-site and does not use a commercial service. Bonus info; at this exit there is the hotel, a gas station and an IHOP.

The staff was nice and welcoming, and our rooms were very clean!

Loved that they had indoor pool and affordable onsite laundromat. Breakfast was delicious and the hotel has enough seating space. There is also gym onsite, not fully equipped but enough to get in a good workout.

I loved the supplies in the kitchenette and extra blankets being available in the room. The space in the room was fantastic also since it was my husband and I plus three kids.

I was disappointed that there wasn't a hot tub, but not a deal breaker.

king suite needed, but I reserved queen by accident. so we purchased another king suite for second d night. it was perfect…had grands & greats to visit with. queen suite was to small for 15 to visit.
