Hampton Inn & Suites Little Rock-Downtown

The attitude of the staff was wonderful, especially Clara, in the kitchen that was scrambling eggs and frying potatoes for a college soccer team. Breakfast went offwithout a shortage of any item. Good problem solving and customer service! Walking distance to great restaurants (we recommend Dizzy’s) and the Clinton Library - a must see.

Check in was difficult. Only about 3 spots in front of hotel for check in & loading / unloading luggage. Parking garage 2-3 blocks away. Needed to circle block several times due to inconsiderate guests that took (2) spaces, etc. would benefit from valet staff to keep things moving.

The location was good, walking distance to the places we wanted to see. The staff was friendly and helpful. We had a nice view, Breakfast was good and they had lots of variety overall we had a nice two nights.

We booked a room with four adults and when we get to the room they only provided three towel sets. They only wanted to service your room every four days. well we were only staying two nights. We ended up going to the front desk for a towel and a roll of toilet paper which if they serviced your room would have been done already.

Staff at check in was very nice, helpful and informative. Beds were comfortable. Rooms were clean and quiet. Close to dining and we were comfortable walking to dinner.

Disappointed that there was a daily parking fee. The access to the parking garage is less than ideal and very inconvenient in the cold/rain.

The staff was the best asset of the hotel! They were warm, welcoming, friendly, and most accommodating to help us during our stay! They couldn't do enough to make our stay a wonderful experience! The location was within walking distance of many restaurants, shopping, and other places of interest, so that was also a plus!

There was a dirty hand towel and dirty wash cloth under the vanity, which were not removed during our stay. The carpet was stained and worn in places. The pillows were uncomfortable. We had to have our key cards changed five times during our stay to access garage entry, elevator, outside entry door, and room door. It was annoying.

When we got there, the lady at the desk, Erika, was so nice. She assured we got our room and had given us details about the hotel's accommodations, as well as, informed us of the places that may suit us within walking distance from the hotel. We had an awesome stay because of her recommendations.

The breakfast was superb. It helped because it had a gym and one could go and exercise. I liked the fact that it was also not far from the work place and the airport. The staff were also very helpful when needed.

The fact that the rooms were not cleaned if we didn't ask them to clean them. I also believe I was charged more than what I had booked for.

Friendly staff at check in, the beds were very comfortable and a nice size breakfast for the price. The lady serving breakfast was so sweet. I had my granddaughter with me and she brought everything down to the table for me and picked up anything else needed to assist! I loved the location being right off the freeway as well.

The ac unit seemed a little old however it did work and the bathroom was way too small. You had to squeeze by the door to get in. The fridge/freezer wasn't super cold so my ice cream quickly.

I liked the check in and lobby staff. So friendly and helpful!

Parking and housekeeping. We were not expecting to have to find our own parking and the housekeeping woke us up really early banging on our door, before 10 am. They were also very loud while cleaning rooms down out hallway. It sounded as if they were moving furniture and banging on the walls. We couldn’t go back to sleep.

Location was good, but facilities need upgrade. Front desk staff was great.

The breakfast was ok, but often there were long wait times for hot food to be replenished. They often ran out of food items and utensils.
