Convenient location , very clean. Excellent breakfast brunch

The valet was sloppy. He did not hold the elevator door open and allowed it to slam my upper arm as I was trying to enter. He never said a word. Handed our luggage to us to hang and stash. I expected better service. Perhaps new employees should have trained ing in appropriate valet service. Next time…..

Our room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable.

The restaurant really lacked in service. They opened at 5 for dinner but we couldn't find anyone so we went to the reception desk to see what time they opened and she said 5 and maybe they were just late. We went back in and finally found someone and was able to sit down. It took a while for the server to come out so my husband went to the bar and picked up a couple of drinks for us. After the server came out things started flowing. Breakfast the next day was good. We had the buffet. The only thing is we had to constantly flag the server down for coffee refills. She never once came to ask if we needed more coffee. We are not picky but with the price you pay for the food it would be good to have decent service.

The location was ideal in the heart of downtown. The staff was very friendly and accommodating particularly the valet. It was easy walking distancing from a ton of restaurants/bars/nightlife and yet not too far from home since my husband and I were just getting away for the evening. Regular check out time being at noon was an awesome bonus.

We had not yet checked out and got a knock on the door at 9 a.m. by housekeeping. I had not put out the DND doorhanger but did not realize this was necessary since it was so early and we had not yet checked out. This was literally the only slightly negative thing and it was not that big of a deal. They immediately apologized and did not knock again.

I liked everything and everyone at this place; the people was outstandingly nice and respectful and the food was excellent and i loved the room and the view was absolutely outstanding i loved that and i would visit this place again

There wasn't anything that i didn't like about this place; there wasn't a person there that was disrespectful they did a great job as making us feel welcome

just a small note that they didn’t have early breakfast for riders of the Big Dam Bridge race. Given it was the biggest event in the weekend and most of their guests were riders - they should have made an exception on Saturday morning for a 5am breakfast

I got a handicap room and the shower was terrible I had a duck down the whole time. I click the link to book direction in the booking through booking.com and paid almost $200 a night for two nights times two rooms. And I’ve stayed before the same hotel

Absolutely everything, the room set up. The lobby and employees were very nice and helpful!!

Having to pay to park, but I understand due to the location that it's in. Everything other than that was amazing!!

This property was beautiful from valet when we arrived , servers in the restaurant, and front desk everyone was extremely professional and welcoming. The room was sanitized with a shine and comfortable! we will return!

Early flights are hard to get as ride shares and taxis are not available, and hotel shuttle gets booked up by flight crews
