Hilton Garden Inn Little Rock Downtown

The breakfast was excellent. I had the omelette and it was delicious. The waitress/host was amazing. She made us feel welcomed. The cook was also very sweet and friendly. I didn't get either of the ladies names but they were both very nice. We will definitely stay here again.

The rooftop bar did not have many of the menu items listed. We had to order from across the street at another restaurant.

Quiet room, clean, big in size with walk-in style closet, valet parking, right in the heart of downtown, walking distance to expo center, and friendly staff.

Price was a bit higher than I like to pay for one person, one room, for one night. However, it was close to the event I was attending. I will say, I had friends who stayed at cheaper hotels and they had some not so good experience. With that...I was glad I choose to pay a little extra and had a great nights sleep and my vehicle was in a safe location.

Breakfast was very good and the who served us was super.

The valet guy when we checked in was very nice. The girl when we checked out was very rude. I got my keys so I could load all the stuff into the car in parking lot. I didn't know that I wasn't allowed to do this. She was very curt when she told me this. When my wife seen her and said hi, she ignored her. I did tip her and there was no reply when I did.

We stayed in the two bedroom suite. Our hotel room had two bathrooms, one attached to the kind bedroom. One room had two queen beds and then the sofa had a bed. The room was so much nicer than even the pictures suggested. Everything was clean, the bathrooms were fully stocked with towels for six people. There were five of us so already having enough towels was really nice. The sofa bed already had bedding on it, which was also nice to not need to request. This was the final stay on a ten day get away with three sons and my husband. I can not express enough how appreciative I was of a shower with full water pressure and hot water. We stayed only one night, I wish it had been longer. The pool was up to 5ft deep which had our kids excited as the others went to only 3-4 feet. It’s within walking distance of a few places to eat. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Valet parking had our car to us within 5 min and helped suggest a few things we could do with our family. We’ve stayed in New Orleans Louisiana, Spanish Fort Alabama, Savannah Georgia and Nashville Tennessee before coming here. This was hands down the BEST hotel and staff. If we’re ever in Little Rock again, we will come back.

The bed was very comfortable. The room was clean. The cleaning staff and valet parking staff were so nice and very helpful. The location was perfect.

No other contact with any staff on how our stay was going. We stayed 5 days. Front staff almost looked irritated. Thank goodness for the friendly valets and housekeeping staff.

The property was very nice! It was walkable distance to the Statehouse Convention Center and Cha Cha boba tea!

The suite we stayed in was not the cleanest. it wasn’t awful, but there was debris on the floors from previous guest in the corners. Also, the woman working the front desk was fairly rude and unprofessional.

Loved the location. It was just to cold for us to be able to walk to many places.

I thought the breakfast was kind of expensive and not really explained well when booking. I wasn't made aware that we could just do the continental option instead of ordering from the kitchen. Also the drinks at the bar were expensive. Me and my husband had 8 draft beer and it was almost $70.

Facilities were excellent and staff was very accommodating!

Didn't care for the fact that it wasn't mentioned that parking on their property would cost you! As much as we paid, parking should not cost extra! Also, they offered shuttle services but when we called and waited for over 35 minutes, no one came to pick us up!

The staff was friendly and very helpful. One of the valet ran out to my car and got my phone charger for me at 6:30(ish) in the morning, because I had three small children with me and was unable to go back down and get it.

I thought that the continental breakfast would have been included, for the price point. I paid $7 each, for my 3 children to have a bowl of cereal and a muffin. Luckily the server was very sweet.

We did not eat breakfast at the hotel. Valet parking was a plus, but the location to enter the hotel became congested because of the close proximity to other buildings and other activities going on.

The rooms were a bit smaller than was expected.
