Viejas Casino & Willows Hotel

Everything was super clean , staff was polite and friendly always. My wife loved spending the day shopping at the outlet stores while I enjoyed playing in the casino :)

slots were too tight, video poker was good. rooms were a bit pricey but were very nice. Main thing was the slots were way too tight, blowing through a couple hundred bucks on penny machines without ever making any forward progress was crummy.

My wife and I booked an overnight stay to celebrate our anniversary and all was going well until checkout time. You LOST my car keys and I wasn't able to drive home on time for previously scheduled medical appointment. As a result I had to cancel a scheduled surgery for the following day. More disappointing, the episode truly ruined my anniversary, as my wife was felt less than special.

The hotel was beautiful, the casino was awesome, the cafe was fabulous and the outlet across the street was excellent.

The room with the double queen beds was too small. And for a supposedly 5Star hotel and casino some of the amenities weren’t there and cheaply supplied. No shower caps in the rooms and the cheap toilet tissue.

The resort was absolutely beautiful. The pool area was my favorite, along with the casino.

There wasn’t really anything that I didn’t like- if I had to say something I guess I would say the eyesores from the construction going on but really it wasn’t that bad.

We visited the café twice. The food was good and the service was excellent.

The reason we stayed there was to do some social gambling. I felt we did not get value getting a players card. We only received $10 and had to give a lot of information.

I really liked that we were able to pre check in and get our wrist bands to go to the pool while you wait for your room to be ready and sometimes you can get into your room before 4PM

I didn't like that there was smoking inside the casino and one small non smoking. Its makes no sense. You have to wear a mask but you can take it off to smoke and you're blowing into the air

The entire staff was exceptionally helpful and kind. Everyone had a smile and was most welcoming. It was our first time at the casino, and we definitely will be back.

Side chairs were very stylish but very uncomfortable to sit in. More importantly, the beds. Just short of it sleeping on boards

We didn't have breakfast. But everything was beautiful

That we only got one regular coffee when we had a room for four guests. We needed bright lighting in the bathroom.

We were just passing through and looking for a good place to stay with a good value. This was a great property. Big, clean rooms. Great showers. It was very clean. There were good restaurants.
