ALO Hotel by Ayres

I really liked the rooms very spacious. We also enjoyed the beds very comfortable. Shower pressure and water temperature was great.The wifi was great my kids got to play games online with no issues. I like they served breakfast in the morning and they mixed it up each day.

I think they need to update the hallways it looks very old. Also the doors should be updated they look old and also don't shut very well you have to make sure the door closes behind you. Elevators are very small. The bathroom in the room was also very small. I also think breakfast should be served a bit longer.

I stayed at three hotels on this trip, and the ALO Hotel was the best. I liked the staff's care and attention, the breakfast, and the modern style of the room. Also, the staff informed me about the shuttle's availability to get to Disneyland. It was worth it so much.

I've stayed here before and loved it, hence staying again. Great place with great employees.

The only thing I can think of is they had a card on the desk for the Spoons restaurant that said they did room service, but they don't do it anymore. I don't ever get room service anywhere but wanted to splurge this time, but oh well.

I have been going to Anaheim multiple times a year for the past 15 years. My family and I, 90% of the time have stayed at ALO. Ayers Inn before that. The price to value is the best we've found. The breakfast is just enough (please bring back the coffee cakes) We leave in the AM, drive to the Toy Story lot, and ride the bus in. And at the end of the day, loop back. It's like going around in a circle. They have recently upgraded the rooms. The beds a comfortable. The pool is nice. We love ALO!

The breakfast was good and constantly changing, the breakfast staff was great and always on top of everything. Clean tables, and clean buffet area. The gal that checked us in was very informative. Apologized for our rooms not being ready at 4 pm and gave us good information. Our bathroom had a stained curtain but was changed immediately after calling the front desk. When requested extra toiletries, housekeeping staff was very attentive and gave us all that we needed. Overall a great stay.

Maybe do a bit better inspecting rooms. There was a toothpaste laying on the side of the bed which was not ours. Not to mention our shower curtain had dried blood stains as if someone else had had a nose bleed.

This hotel is pretty, clean, and the beds are very comfortable. The location is nice because it’s close to the freeway. I loved that they had free parking and free charging stations for my electric vehicle so I was able to park and charge over night. The breakfast was also very good. We were able to have a good full breakfast before heading back home. Overall it was a great experience and I would definitely stay there again.

I liked everything, if anything I would say that the only food options in the area near the hotel are Starbucks and Wendy’s, and a Mexican restaurant adjacent to the hotel. Not many other food places or shops around the area, but this was definitely not an issue for us.

Beds are comfortable, and the room has perfect space. The bathroom is somewhat modern with appropriate presence. Found it a little dirty. Some hair around the bathtub. Location is perfect for Disneyland and Convention center. Price was also good in the range. Breakfast was not the best but not bad at all, so in between. Staff was helpful and respectful all the time.

Bathroom not clean enough. Breakfast not as tasty as other hotels in the area that I have stay in. Some outdated sections of the hotel.

Easy check in. The room I got did have a small fridge which was great. No microwave like all reviews have stated. Did find small hairs in the restroom but I took my stuff to clean the area prepared for my own cleaning. It does have an odor I think it’s the humidity and the carpet. I would just say that’s the only thing… flooring should get replaced. But other than that everything was great! They were very fast and efficient. When I asked for towels within minutes it would be sent over. They were just very helpful and nice. I can’t complain at all. Great room for family and about 10 mins from Disney. 40-1 hr from universal. Does have some outlets around the corner which is awesome. Food is nearby. Starbucks walking distance . I would consider this place again for my next visit . Breakfast is the same. Muffins,bagels, eggs and sausage/or bacon. Milk, coffee , toast. Cereal, fruit. I did not have any issues during my stay :)

Odor from flooring. Which is not such a big deal . I’d take fragrance next time :)

The property is in a great location and very clean. my room had a sufficient amount of towels nicely displayed and beds made neatly and room was immaculate.

We really like the cleanliness in our room as they do an everyday cleaning on it. Also, the location is superb! Right up in the highway but w/o the noise of cars. Also, there's a nearby outlet stores (walkable in 5-10mins only) that have good restaurants, groceries and everything you need! We really enjoyed our stay here! Worth the price esp if you are planning to go to Disneyland! Hope they can maintain the place.

The Breakfast as it has a very limited choices (scrambled egg, hash brown, sausage, cereals, oatmeals, bread, spreads & some fruits). Plus they are very strict with their time (6-9AM). One time we went down late so we had to finish our bfast and go beyond 9AM but one of their staff told us to finish our meal already coz bfast time is already done. We wish they would've at least let us finish in our own phase. So we ate fast and finish eating by 9:07AM.
