Ayres Hotel Orange

Great location nice parking garage structure shared between two hotels but still plenty of spots. 8 electric vehicle parking spots too for the EV traveler. Nice free hot breakfast and nice large soaking tub in the rooms. Parking is free too!

Walls are a bit thin so you can hear "activities" that are happening in the room next door. On a scale of 1-10 for soundproofing, I'd give it a 6. The place is starting to show it's age but isn't by any means rundown.

- Big and spacious rooms. huge bath tub and private door. It was also quiet despite being on the first floor and by a highway. - microwave and fridge in the room - great breakfast selection and they kept the place clean and items refilled - on-site restaurant had delicious food. The guacamole was so yummy. - Great staff who were friendly and efficient

- room had a bit of a scent on entry - the whole shuttle to Disney was a mess. it’s not the hotels fault. The ART “Away we go” app is a mess and not intuitive. The on demand request didn’t work well - each time the driver came expecting a different passenger. But it was a cheap and convenient way to get to Disneyland

everything was perfect,, the fireplace was lovely we’ll needed as it was cold during our stay. breakfast was delicious!! staff was great and cleaning everyday was a plus!!! kid friendly hotel!! parking in garage was also a plus right off the interstate!!will definitely come back!!!

The hotel is great. Had three rooms for a Disneyland Family Vacation. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Bathrooms are quite roomy with a nice soaker tub. Free great breakfast (scrambled eggs, hash brown potatoes, pancakes, alternating bacon or sausages, pastries, fruit, cereal, toast, bagels, english muffins, juice , tea and coffee) parking and wifi made for an easy experience. Hotel is kept very clean and the staff are all very friendly and helpful. Location is ideal, close to I-5 and Outlet Mall. Short easy 5 minute drive to Disneyland. Spoons Grill located in the lobby to drop in for a drink or dinner.

This is going to be a long list. The staff is exceptional. Friendly and accommodating above and beyond. This hotel has every amenity you could possibly want. A lovely pool and hot tub area where the sun hits all day. A wonderful restaurant with a full bar. Drinks to go poolside. Delicious breakfast included with your stay. Free parking which in my opinion is a huge plus. The rooms are beautiful and clean and comfortable and inviting. Centrally located to everything. This is our second stay at this hotel for our many Disneyland trips. It is now our home away from home as we will not stay anywhere else.

There is not one thing I don’t like about this property. This is a 10 out of 10 for sure. If I have to pick some thing, it’s that there are no magnifying mirrors in the rooms but you can get one downstairs so they are available.

Very clean room and property. Location was good for the reason we were there (Angel Stadium) Variety of breakfast.

No shuttle to anywhere. Front desk person when we checked in didn't provide very good customer service. Asking about transportation and all he said was "Read this". Asked about places to see and said "Depends what you like to do". Just didn't seem to want to offer suggestions for anything. Gave us the feeling we were "bothering" him. Our room was located on the main street and heard the ambulance sirens all night (hospital across the street).

I loved how close it was to Disneyland but not too close whichI prefer. The staff was extremely nice, the hot tub felt amazing, the hotel was clean, & the location was easy to find. I also liked that you had to either have a key or come in thru the lobby in order to enter the facility.

I didn’t like the bedding because I was having troubles with my A/C & heater, the comforter was too thin so I really cold lucky I brought extra blankets for my daughter so I used one of our extras. The walls are pretty thin, I was a couple doors down from the elevator & I could still hear the ding & people coming in & out as tho it was right at my doorstep.

The hotel was very clean. ALL staff was polite and knowledgeable. All staff wore masks. All requests were answered quickly. Breakfast was nice lots of variety. Rooms were large size. Beds were extremely comfortable. All amenities in excellent condition. I will definitely stay at Ayres again. Loved this hotel.

Our hotel was close to freeway so there was noise from traffic. But after we got used to it all good. The mini fridge was very tiny so we could not put very many things in it.

It is the second time that my family has stayed for a Disney Vacation. The rooms are spacious, pool is nice, free breakfast is yummy, staff friendly, and location good. There is free parking and an awesome bus service that takes you to and from Disneyland. You can buy a pass that is affordable. You download and app and the bus will pick you up in a few minutes. The buses are clean and the drivers are nice.

The breakfast is fine.Ir is something to eat.With a little more imagination it could be something to remember.Salsa,chilli Verde to top people's food would be great.You make pancakes how about waffles or waffle machine.Small things leave great feelings.

stayed at location many times before cocid.This is my first back.I hate that you don't have your transportation.It really makes the visit better not to drive around and park.Zi don't want to walk around the block and wait for a bus to and from.When you had your bus it was the best.
