Location was Great, walking distance to Knotts, room was nice, next time would like a bigger bathtub. Staff was nice and helpful😊😊😊

The beds where a little hard but every thing e was ok the rooms are hat are closer to the office felt more safe I given a room way in the back of the property and there where some people that where not guest of the hotel and Thay was hanging out in front f my room St my hotel window it was uncomfortable am my husband had to g outside an tell them to leave from my window am from are door but we stood there for over a week and beside the people in the back of the property that was staying at my window everything else was fine I will stay there again cause the staff was very nice an caring

The price and Location, you get what you pay for. Nice Size Deluxe room with separate little room with bed, 3 beds total. Can't go wrong. Some what activity going on outside area, but if you just keep to yourself here you will be fine.

No Laundry Facilities, but understand prob why they don't have a laundry room.

The rooms were very clean and the beds were very soft and comfortable. Best hotel i have stayed atin a while. Location was perfect. Stores close by and amusement park right the across the street.

It felt more like home than a motel just without all the drama lol. The staff is more than happy to be of assistance and they allow you your privacy. The only complaint I had was someone else took my laundry which was everything my son and I had.. That's partly my fault I didn't get it in time.

Everything there is the staff are friendly and helpful and nice. And the room are very clean no problem with that and close to knots berry farm and restaurant and shopping center. I'm surely recommend this to all traveler's.

i liked how the room was spacious and air was always on point

they should switch the refrigerator to the front instead of being by the bathroom, and the wifi did not work, plus their tv channels did not have local channels. too much traffic of people at all times and even people knocking on my door every other night at early mornings.

I enjoyed the Fast response of the Staff to complete the Cleaning of my Room Before I arrive in the evening.

I am always concerned about Bed Bugs, Cockroaches and other infections left by the previous Sick Person.I am a Doctor who teaches Scientific Hygiene to Doctors/Nurses

We have stayed in this motel several times before the pandemic when we visited Knottsberry Farm. We stayed for one night on the day after Christmas. The location is excellent with just a block away from Knotts and the hotel rate is very good value. It’s a no frill motel and clean. We typically get the two double beds with a mini-fridge and microwave.

From the very friendly voice from the office, to the extra comfy bed... We have found our home away from home... Also the location is FANTASTIC!!¡

There was NOTHING AT ALL I disliked... If I had to pick something.. it would be lack of an ice machine.
