Fairfield Inn & Suites Anaheim North Buena Park

I like how your maids give us time to collect our belonging and don’t knock and stay at the door until you exit the room, (past experiences) I felt very comfortable due to never having a good experience with maids. Also a more safe location to park your car as the security guard and police coming through checking our cars making sure everything is safe and secure and it’s very appropriate and appreciated.

It does have a smaller parking lot than most hotels around so it could be a little harder to find parking if you are coming back from Knott’s Berry Farm late at night when they are full, I found one eventually thankfully but I believe if you guys expand your parking lot, it’ll be a lot easier for us customers to find parking after we visit the local Knott’s Park.

I’m happy the breakfast service came back and it’s across the street from The Source mall.

Last time we had USB ports next to the lights. All the USB hubs were ripped out of rooms. We had to switch rooms because the tv was not working and noticed both rooms didn’t have the hubs anymore.

The room was very comfortable and I could actually sleep soundly. The breakfast staff Rosario was awesome, friendly and the eating area was so clean.

School groups were loud in the hallways at night and aye most of the breakfast food..

The staff for making it a smooth after the hiccup from the initial "Booking.com" issue.

An issue with the booking reservation, but not with the hotel or service itself. More like the fact that my name was incorrectly saved in the system. Once that was cleared up my card on the reservation wasn't accepted to cover the entire stay. The staff suggested and then followed through with a small fix which carried me through my stay. So it was the "Booking.com" system that nearly derailed my stay twice. Also for some reason I couldn't get on the wifi until my last day on my laptop. Thankfully I didn't really need it.

The breakfast was great and the location was wonderful for all the different places we went to. I really want to say that our check in and check out was a good experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

First floor room was a little Noisy door slamming light shown thru door frame and Lots of traffic Better variety of breakfast foods would be nice

Very clean!! There were 2 ladies in the breakfast bar that did an amazing job!! One wasn't there when we left did get to tell her goodbye. Will stay there when we come back. Thank you!!

The breakfast was nice. The breakfast staff were very welcoming and helpful. Always refilling items or cleaning. Definitely a reason we will stay there again. Also, a money saver!

Rooms a little dated, tv had some audio issues. But overall no real issues.

Stayed while my house was under construction. So it was close perfect location.

The TV didn’t always work the best. It worked just pixelated a lot.

The pool is open till 10pm breakfast has great healthy options Check in was so easy very friendly and accommodating

when the doors shut . they SLAM. and you can hear every single door in the hall open and shut
