Knott's Berry Farm Hotel

renovations were nice.

wasn’t told the restaurant was open so we figured we had to drive out and get food. found out when we checked out that there was a functioning buffet/restaurant.

We had a double queen room, was reasonably spacious, beds were comfortable and the room was quite warm. our room was in the renovated section so everything was fresh. The hotel is in great proximity to Knotts Berry Farm (5min walk) and a 15 min drive to the Disney Parks. The free hotel shuttle to the Disney parks was a nice touch. Buffet breakfast was nice - cereal, baked goods, fruit, eggs, bacon hash browns etc.

The hotel is undergoing renovations at present and it was disappointing the Amber Waves restaurant was closed for lunch and dinner. We could hear guests outside in the pool throughout the night and walking / talking in the hallways outside our room.

Very spacious hotel. Everything is big - the room, beds, counter space, pool. It was recently renovated so everything was clean and updated. The staff were all friendly and polite. The pool and hottub are amazing, go early in the morning right when it opens at 9am to get the place all to yourself! Location is perfect if you are going to Knotts Berry Farm Park (literally 5 minute walk right next to the hotel).

The gym was okay, it could use some TLC and upgrades but it was functional. The sauna and steamroom were available but didn't seem very inviting so it would be nice if the hotel could spruce those amenities up a bit. Unfortunately we were also next to a room with a family so could hear children screaming at night and in the morning.

We ordered breakfast for room service and it was convenient and delicious. We arrived late the night of our check in so we appreciated being able to leave our breakfast order and hang it on our door and delivered the next morning. The large pool and splash pad were wonderful. Our little one really enjoyed it. The convenience of being able to purchase theme park tickets was also really helpful. Location of the hotel was amazing. It made it easy for us to walk to and from to the park and nearby shops.

While we really enjoyed the location, amenities, and friendly staff there were a few things that we felt would have been helpful for the future: 1) when we ordered room service for dinner, unfortunately our meal arrived a little over 2 hrs later. By that time we were more sleepy than hungry so we ended up eating it cold for breakfast seeing as so there’s no microwave to heat up our food in the room or common area. 2) There is no fridge or microwave in the rooms. This would have been very helpful for our family especially with little ones that often need things either chilled or warmed up.

We liked how it was next door to Knott’s Berry Farm, as that was our intention of our trip. Staff was accommodating and the pool area was great for our two little ones.

We didn’t like the current construction that was going on. Although it did not make a direct impact to our stay, we’re not sure if that had anything to do with the bathroom sink regurgitating at night (the sound was as if water was going to shoot out of the sink, like if it was backed up). We also didn’t like how the last morning that we were there, there was a sewer smell coming from the sink and it permeated throughout our entire room. *thankfully, the front desk attendant on shift that morning switched our rooms even though we were already going to check-out that day.

Philepe was amazing! During our visit he was so helpful preparing the ball room for our events to serving at the banquet The facility was very nice and clean

The beds are hard and not comfortable at all. Also, dont forget to read the fine print you will pay $10 a day for parking even if you are handicap

Spacious room with a big comfy clean bed. The room and carpets were very clean. Nice big TV. I liked having a work space that wasn't facing or against a wall. I loved the brunch at Mrs. Knott's restaurant, I was not aware of the option for a voucher but it was worth paying for anyway.

more than 1 cup of coffee would have been nice to have the option and with more choices to add in the coffee (i.e.: flavored creamers) I would have liked a microwave. I only had a very small trash can in the bathroom so I had to use one of my grocery bags.

Overall it's a very nice resort. I would stay again if I needed to stay in the area. The proximity to Knott's Berry Farm is fabulous, and the restaurant has good food. While smoking is officially prohibited, there's one small smokers section which was nice to have. The staff was always super friendly and helpful, even when things didn't go perfectly.

The restaurant was closed for much of our stay, and we had to plan for a different dinner on one of the nights because it was closed. Their computers went down just as we were checking in. The staff was friendly and helpful during the problem, and comped us in recompense. The biggest downside, however, is the lack of a fridge or microwave. When staying on vacation, leftovers are a staple, and a place to keep and heat them would have been welcome, something we expect even at more affordable motels in the area.

Staff was friendly and always acknowledge my presence. When I needed assistance with clean towels I received them in a very timely manner. Facility was very clean. Food facilities were close to the hotel. Nice to take a stroll in the Knott berry stores. Hotel was close to stores, gas stations.

I did not like that their was not water bottles in the rooms. The faucet water was cloudy and smelly. The rooms did not come with a refrigerator ( extra cost ) or microwave. I did not like that I needed to move the coffee pot to the nightstand to make coffee. Because their was not a plug were it was stationed. Their also should not be a charge for parking when staying at the hotel.

The bed was super comfy! The pool area was nice. Our kids and grandkids spent a lot of time out there. so fun!

We had no idea the hotel was under renovation with no restaurants available. We had all out grandkids and it was a lot to take them to the park to eat vs just in the hotel. Wish your website noted that in advance. Your carts to take bags to the room were wonky. Wheels didn't turn right, felt flat and was wobbly. You should check that out.
