Motel 6-Buena Park, CA - Knotts Berry Farm - Disneyland

The front desk ladies worked with me because i had forgot my ID, they did tell me it was a one time thing but i was still grateful, the room was very clean, and it was a nice size for my husband and I. I would stay here again. A nice location with plenty of places to get a quick bite near by, gas stations, and stores for basic needs.

It was comfortable once we cleaned up room to our liking and disinfected everything

The staff checking in was rude with the guest before me and then had attitude with me checking in she was just nasty. And the bed had a big sink hole in room 166 so I had to share the other bed with my guest I didn't get the guy staff name but he was pleasant .

I liked how the man at the front desk was really nice to us even though it seemed like he was getting a rough time with a costumer on the phone. The room was well sized and the bed was clean and comfortable, not super noisy and neither were the neighbors! A great time overall.

I didn't like that the shower was a little short and the shower itself felt a little short but it's fine given the price and palce, would've preferred if there was one more body towel. One of the outlets had the plastic cover cracked but that's not their fault, who knows what previous consumers did with it.

That there was a bathtub

No microwave or refrigerator in the room

The location was great didn't have to drive to long to the place I want to go the staff was amazing before getting there I called and the lady on the phone was great and really helpful when arriving at the hotel the gentleman in the front desk was really nice and really helpful

Didn't like that the room was to small for a party of four . I had ask for non-smoking room and its smell alot also the door didnt close all the way and last it was the parking

Clean, comfortable bed. Room temperature easily adjustable. Landscape easy on the eyes, trash cans are multiple and well maintained.

I understand about the precautions related to Covid, but a coffee pot in the room would still be nice. Beds too close to the wall.

This is the best motel I've stayed at, the best prices, they're very reasonable, where as most, especially the unclean smaller motels, gouge the customer. I hate to say it but there's a lot of foreign nationals own and run motels, they're cheap, don't spend money to be clean and fix things properly. This motel here is the exception, clean and neat and the low prices keep the place filled. I'd drive a little further for a room here...

I liked most of it. it was clean and the staff are friendly even tho they speak a different language then still understand you

Very clean

Minor stuff, the toliet would run after it was flushed unless the handle was pushed back up, the chair in the room was short on one leg, and the air con rattled a loud noise once in a while, but I don't complain. I was in rm 106, if you get this rm, ask if these issues were fixed...other than that, it's clean and they keep prices down.

The staff was very nice , specially the big tall guy that works nights, he was very helpful (I keep forgetting his name) and it was very quiet and clean

The shower, the tub is very high, it would have been easy if you had something to grab on to and some kind of slip guard to the tub so you won't slip...
