Hampton Inn & Suites Pittsburg

housekeeping staff was inappropriate and rude. while waiting for the elevator a guest came out of his room to ask for more towels. there was 3 people there cleaning the room next door. All three staff ignored the guest. he asked again, one of the staff members told the other one in Spanish that he wanted towels. the second person said “well he has to bring me his old towels”…they were arguing in Spanish but no one ever talked to guest. he finally got frustrated and went down the elevator with us. Front desk staff and kitchen staff were amazing.

It was a very nice hotel . Clean rooms , nice staff, great breakfast , clean pool , easy access to parking and rooms , gated , snack shop near front desk . NO BUGS !

The hard as a rock bed .... Back hurt when we woke up . Smelled like bug spray and the ice tasted like it also , DOES NOT ACCEPT ANY KIND OF CASH ...

The hospitaly the breakfast 🥞 The staff was great very helpful some went out of the way made me some waffles the pool and jacuzzi was great and room was quiet the room was very nice would like to stay again. P.s. The security was great.

When it was time to go back to Chicago Illinois

everything from the room check in time change to earlier check in, to their food and beyond friendly staff that treated you as that was your home in your duration of the stay. I will most definitely be looking for Hampton hotels if I ever need to stay somewhere away from home again. Thank you for your hospitality Hampton inn hotel. The Ornelas family

i didn’t like that the vending machine on the second floor took my money but other than that perfect stay.

Zaire, the Evening Desk Clerk, was more than welcoming. He was kind, professional and quick to assure me, my request for an accommodation of an extra night's stay was no problem. He made the change while my wife and I settled into the comfort of our room. In my opinion, Zaire is an extraordinary asset to your company. We loved our stay.

From the moment we check in e eryone was very nice. It was nice to have a hotel offering breakfast even though wS are still dealing with COVID. The staff went out of there was to take the precautions and necessary steps to make people feel comfortable with serving breakfast and running the facilities. I would definitely stay here again.

The only thing I would say that was negative is there was a guesting in the hotel stating that they only have one washer and dryer for a 120 rooms so I guess if I had to change 1 thing I would think maybe put in another washer and dryer for the guests.

I grew up in Antioch, very close to this hotel , but moved away after college. I have had many occasions where I have been back to area, and stayed at various hotels. The Hampton Inn in between Pittsburg and Antioch is a new hotel, conveniently located directly adjacent to HWY 4. The Hampton has what you need when you travel here. Very clean, reasonably priced, supportive staff. It is easy to find, and although it is close to the freeway, it is well insulated without any noise. Air conditioning works well and the breakfast is very good. This is where you want to stay when you have business dealings in the area.

Nothing. They let me check in 1/2 hour early and that helped because I had an early business meeting.

The customer service was excellent. My father was in hospice nearby and we had to be flexible with making and canceling reservations. They were very helpful and empathetic. They also did not charge a cancelation fee when my father died.

It was clean. The staff were nice.

They didn't have concierge or help me get a taxi. There was a problem with the credit card not processing through booking.com and I was told I had to fix the problem rather than the hotel calling booking.com. Turned out the hotel was trying to charge a higher price than I paid for booking.com. The hotel fixed it after booking.com called them but it was the hotel's fault and they made me do all the calling in order to fix the problem. At least the staff was nice.

I liked the pleasant staff, the easy atmosphere, the cleanliness and the very good breakfasts. It was great having coffee and tea available in the lobby at any time.
