Eunice Plaza Motel

Very affordable, great value for the price (good sized room and beds, clean towels in room, soap bars and some shampoo provided, no breakfast but some snacks and water given at check in. Check out was just dropping off the room key in the key drop off slot by the check-in area (straightforward and quick, but was just unclear at first).

I didn't particularly dislike anything. In terms of improvement though, the bathroom could be updated a bit (bathroom fan was quite loud, but otherwise fine), and perhaps the drains checked (both the shower and sink drains would drain a bit slowly).

Good value for the price. It was clean. The water pressure was good. Acceptable storage in the room. The staff was nice. They let us check in early. The welcome bag of snacks and water was nice.

Funny smell through the ac vent. We noticed it every time we walked though the door, but acclimated to it the longer we stayed. The king bed was not very comfortable, the couch was more comfortable. I did not find an ice machine.

The staff were friendly and gave me free waters and snacks during check in. The room was clean for the most part and there were free towel + soap to use. It was a nice and affordable place to stay and well worth it.

TV remote was not really functional, but I didn't use the TV so it didn't bother me. I briefly inspected all the drawers and there was one dead cockroach, but otherwise everything else was fine and clean.

Great value for a reasonably comfortable stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean.

Only problem was there's a house next to the corner of the hotel that was partying and blasting music and karaoke late into the evening. I was told they don't do this normally. Earplugs mostly solved the problem.

THIS IS AN OLDER MOTEL AND THE PRORIETERS GO TO EXTRA LENGHTS TO MAKE THIS A COMFORTABLE PLACE TO STAY. I LIKED THE COUCH AND COFFEE TABLE, THE DESK AND CHAIR AND LIGHT AND THE COFFEE SET UP. LOTS OF MOTELS AT HIGHER PRICES DON'T GIVE AS MUCH VALUE AS THESE FOLKS DO. I ALSO LIKE THE MORE QUIET LOCATION WHERE I DON'T HAVE TRAFFIC NOISE INTERFERING WITH MY SLEEP. THANK YOU EUNICE MOTEL

The check in staff was friendly and helpful. The welcome snack was a nice touch. Two weeks ago we stayed and a Hampton Inn and Suites and our experience was terrible. The Eunice was WAY better! Clean and comfortable.

The beds could be replaced, mattress was very creaky every time you roll over.

Very kind the owner. Nice, clean and wide room with a sofa and a comfortable king bed. Parking.

A little bit complicated to regulate the temperature of the shower. The neighbourhood is a quiet residential area and there are just few fast food closing around 8.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and really kept up. I have stayed in many different motel locations and I must say this motel is by far the best one you really can't find much of a better deal if you are on a tight budget

The staff are very accommodating. They let me extend for a few hours. There's free snacks/meals with bottled water. I stayed in Eunice every week, always on my day off cause I am comfortable and feel safe whenever I stayed in there.

The staff is super helpful and friendly. Quite close to LA. Beds are comfortable. Spacious rooms. In my opinion, overall it’s a great place to stay around LA area. Highly recommended!
