SpringHill Suites Pasadena Arcadia

All the staff was awesome! We had called months in advance and Adrian was super helpful in finding a local bakery for my daughter’s 16th birthday. We were able to have everything setup with the bakery so the day we needed it, the cake was ready. The hotel staff kept the cake safe in their freezer till we needed it and even allowed us to celebrate in the lobby, providing us plates, a knife, a serving knife and forks. Everything we asked about something, they attended to it right away!! Super awesome place to stay…. Thank you!!

from the moment I walked into the hotel, I was greeted in a professional and courteous manner, was offered drinks, was asked how I was, asked about my trip, the gentleman at the desk showed genuine curiosity about my travel, and asked all relevant questions to ensure I was taken care of. the elevator was smooth and fast, the room was practically spotless, the shower was amazingly comfortable, the room was cool temperature, the west elm brand couch was extremely comfortable, the tv was modern and easy to use, the bed was comfortable, and the carpet flooring was so nice for our dog to feel cozy. we would stay here any time if we were ever in the area again.

the only thing that could have been better would be if we were granted a first floor room because we had a dog. other than that, no complaints.

It was easily accessible to freeways, eateries, shopping locations, etc.

The limited parking in front of the building concerned me one night I had to park in an area that was rather dark, and as a single traveler, I would have preferred to park in lighted parking.

Dog Fee was $85. We travel a lot with our dog and he has never had an accident in a hotel room. We have always paid less at other dog friendly hotels. Saw a Lady going in back door. She said sneaked in her dog - didn't pay the dog fee. Does not seem fair that I was honest and upfront that I had a dog. We left our room as found......so maybe a dog deposit would be better than a dog payment. Probably would not stay here again if we have our dog with us. The dog fee was as much as the people fee.

Location, comfortable rooms, lots of choices for breakfast (the hot dishes rotated daily), quiet, friendly staff.

There seemed to be some insects living behind the lighted mirror in the bathroom (203). There would be black specks on the counter. I’d wipe it off in the morning and afternoon but there more specks occurred. I reported it when we checked out.

The breakfast was excellent, and the kitchen staff was very friendly. All staff in general was very friendly and helpful.

The fact that we didn’t know the hotel was being remodeled was frustrating. If we had known that, we probably would have stayed somewhere else. It was noise early in the morning because of the remodeling going on.

I loved the friendly staff. They were just so happy and very nice and courteous . It makes a big difference when traveling to be greeted so nicely. Also breakfast was great! Fresh and lots to choose from

Beds felt a bit outdated, the lighting in the room kind of dark. The hot tub wasn’t hot. Nice little pool

Everything trip was great staff and customer service was awesome just would like to know why manager said she wasn't going to and then still did it ..manager knows who she is..but the hotel is nice breakfast good .. definitely would recommend staying there then staying at any of the surrounding hotels .especially embassy suites stay away from that hotel.

Pet friendly! The breakfast was nice and we really enjoyed the complimentary cookies and cucumber water!

There was construction for a few days closing off some entrances and it was very noisy with lots of jack hammering, but they offered a discount!

Lots of fresh options available in the breakfast . Coffee was a good quality. The quality of food was great.

Options of chicken and turkey sausage needed in the breakfast. As we don’t eat any pork or beef. Sugar free syrup and less sugary muffins/ scones / Danish would have been appreciated, for people like myself having diabetes.
