Hilton Garden Inn Arcadia/Pasadena Area

The stay was great the employees were great the only bad thing about this place would probably be the fact that the beds are horrible. The bed frames were old maybe from the 70s the mattress. Felt like if the springs were gonna pop out and poke is in the back as we slept. I was happy we weren’t sleeping much. Carpet had a dark red stain on the floor like someone recently had spilled something All in all good experience except for the beds. The breakfast was great. Wide variety. The gym was my best place to be in. Def enjoyed the gym could have used the hot tub. Hotel def in a good area walking distance to anything really My daughter actually took a walk with and said she enjoyed the area.

The beds were horrible

I just had a small breakfast of oatmeal, muffin and hard boiled egg. It was very good.

The chair in my room at the desk was messed up. The first time I sat in it, it went all the way back so that I almost fell out of it. I was unable to find a lock on it so it would stay upright, so I reported it, but it wasn't fixed during my days there.

All the staff was professional and welcoming. The room was large and the bed was very comfortable. Their breakfast buffet was delicious and included eggs and meat. The lobby had a fireplace, and it was very cheery.

The carpeting in the third-floor hallway was tired. There were only two hand trucks to carry luggage. Two more should be added.

Hotel is very well appointed. Comfortable, and clean. Room had a fridge and microwave with pod coffee pot. Convenient.

There were 2 negatives. First, they were waiting on luggage carts, so only had one available, had to wait for that. Second, not telling you that breakfast you pay extra for would be a muffin and yogurt in a box. No seating. I understand with COVID the need to do this, but they need to tell you what is consists of before you agree to pay for it.

the location was quiet and had good parking.

there was some construction work happening which we weren’t aware of. this resulted in a leak in one of our booked rooms. it was quickly resolved however would have been good to know in advance

we picked Arcadia for its central location to all the LA main sites. it was perfect! we had no more than a forty minute drive to anywhere we decided to go. no traffic and easy to navigate to

We received two charges on our credit card, deposit & room charge. The room charge was higher than reservation made. We are waiting on final bill, and shouldn't be. It makes for a stressful travel.

The only thing I didn’t like was, one of the elevators was being worked on. It had brown paper and blankets hanging and on the floor. Dangerous. And hard to get the cart in.

Very friendly and professional staff. They always helped us with whatever we needed. Nice and clean. I would recommend this place.

Housekeeping didn’t come at all I had to ask the front desk for toilet paper. Needs more then one way to get in the building especially if you have to park way in the back and have little ones or elderly.

The location was really convenient and easy access.

The room in general was good. The bathroom was a bit not clean and i understand sometimes they make one housekeeper clean an entire floor and they can miss details like that. Please treat your employees good. So us the costumers can have a better experience
