Garden Inn and Suites Glendora

Really enjoyed this hotel - we prefer staying in smaller hotels with some character, and this one fits the bill. Room was huge, with all required amenities, including a fridge, microwave, coffee pot, and TV. Staff were excellent and very responsive: our toilet malfunctioned overnight and as soon as we reported it to the manager he came up and fixed it. Large window has a privacy shade where you can still see out, but others cannot see in, which was nice, as there are colorful flower boxes and plants outside on the railings. Location was fairly quiet, for the area, and you can easily walk to several stores and eateries. There are some parking spots under cover, which was nice, as it rained overnight.

We could not get the TV to work, but not sure if that was due to the storm or if it was just complicated. We did not bring up this issue to the manager, as we don't need a tv, but I am sure he would have fixed it or shown us how to use it if we had - he was very helpful.

Hotel room was big and sizeable rooms were clean onsite laundry was simple but welcomed - staff had change for the machine as only took quarters complimentary takeaway breakfast was unexpected and welcomed - juice, apple, danish per person

the hotel was far away from downtown but this is reflected in the price took 1 hr to drive into LA - Santa Monica. Highway nearby so was easy enough

I really liked the location. The hotel was older than I expected and I am glad we stayed on the ground floor since upstairs was old carpet. Comfortable bed and room was clean. Nice staff at front desk.

Would have liked a more comfortable bed it was a little stiff perhaps some foam or more padding mattress would have helped besides that the room was great

Tipical US hotel. Very clean and silent. Basic but efficiente and kind service desk service. Kitchen corner could be improved with some silverware. Out of the tourism flow, very good for a real US life stile experience. I would recommend for business trip in Glendora.

The room above us was very noisy throughout the night. Walls are very thin

They nicely gave us a first floor room because of my wife’s mobility issues. Great area with many restaurants to choose from.

Hearing the people upstairs walking around in their room because of no carpet. But other than that we were pleased with our stay.

The rooms were huge nice quiet with many accommodations. The staff was very nice and friendly and if u had to walk it had many businesses close by

Room with 2 queen beds had very comfortable beds and was clean. Property is set back from road so it was quiet.

Room with King bed in back area of hotel was not comfortable, and room smelled like a cigar. Did not compare with our other room.
