Days Inn by Wyndham Near City Of Hope

Everything was nice and clean. Comfortable. I would liked to have had more space for unpacking my clothing. Only 2 small drawers in the dresser, the bottom doors had no way to open, and teas in the lobby to go with the complimentary breakfast advertised. The pastry selection was minimal, maybe some fresh fruits would be nice. Otherwise it was a very nice, peaceful getaway..

No space for belongings, no tea/coffee in room. No teas at all in lobby. Only coffee.

Very accommodating. We were there for medical reasons and staff assisted us with easy access rooms, parking etc.. price fit our budget nicely. We live in Nevada. and for future visits to City of Hope for treatment we will definitely stay at the Days Inn, Duarte.

It was very clean, it looks like they take good care of the place, the beds were very comfortable and the a/c works perfectly so no issues with that. They didn't have breakfast (just cookies and pastries) but it's understandable.

The staff could be a lot friendlier, they weren't rude at all but they could be a lot friendlier or welcoming. They didn't have any water on the machines either.

Very cozy and looks very well maintained staff is friendly and very helpful during the time trying to find their location somehow my GPS kept giving me a wrong direction. I phoned the property and explained my situation patiently stayed on the phone and guided my directions until i reached their office.

Locating their address it took me some times to reach my destination. Other than that i was impressed by the size of property not to many rooms just enough # of rooms to be able to manage and kept well maintained. Vs bigger properties, difficult to keep up with the maintenance.

The inside of the rooms was really nice and beds were really comfortable and location is really good.

the outside of the property needs a bit of care, also towels had stains in them. Plus no breakfast as advertised

well, it was clean and close to shopping centers.

when I booked, it offered breakfast but not what I expected.

Breakfast is below standard. The room is clean . But it can use less detergent. The smell was too strong.

The smell when you open the door. Too much will be better.

1: The best towels of any hotel I have been to in a decade, at least. They were soft and smelled fresh. 2: great TV, tub, shower

The walls were thin. I could hear people whispering in the rooms around me.

All of the pillows, wouldn't have been able to sleep as good without them. Fridge. Bed. liked the Cable and channels. The room looked clean.

I wanted the Fan to be on constantly, not the AC just the fan..but it wouldn't stay on. The sink faucet is loose and was hard to maneuver, looks like it's ready to fall off. there was black smudges on the pillows and sheets but maybe thats been there.

. Comfort, cleanliness, & professionality visible at Days Inn.

We visited family close-by, so, the location, convenience, and comfort of Days Inn was super special and excellent - even more so after the very disappointing experience of Ramada Limited, Redondo.
