Americas Best Value Inn - Azusa/Pasadena

The the Comfort depending if the friendly staff to collect the front desk called though very courteous seems to be overworked and underpaid I think she needs a slight incentive for the quality customer service issue provide if your name is Sandy, she looks like she has been up all night answering the window or dealing with the people stay in the hotel I felt sorry for her but other than that she's very pretty sick very nice and so is the young gentleman that I've returned my key to the following Morning cudos2u America's Best Value Inn

I didnt have breakfast. I just took some coffee for the hangover.

The shower I couldnt get it to work there was not that much water coming out and it didnt really read the temperature so instead of cold water it was hot water. I did get burned but nothing major so just be careful test you water before.

Location was within a couple miles of where I was going and right off the freeway. I had asked for downstairs because I have artificial knees and received it.

The wifi did not work on my tablet. Had to get the desk clerk to get me into it because I did not have goggle! But this had to be done everyday!

liked the location and its proximity to where I needed to go. I liked that they were able to accommodate me in a last minute notice. The room was clean and was sanitized. TV channels were plenty. For the price, it was a comfortable enough stay

wish the bed was softer

I didn't eat breakfast at the location. But they do have a cafe/ restaurant on property heard it's good. The location is perfect, convenient for public transportation, close shopping which is walkable, and laundromat across the street. Also I like the property because its quiet and the management is nice and keep the property clean. If you have any issues with the room that needs attention they respond quickly. Also the rooms have a refrigerator and they dont charge extra for it.

Honestly no complaints.

To be honest they're wasn't a thing wrong, I overall liked everything thing there, the rooms were awesome and so beautiful I loved it! I'm definitely will be coming back for future get away plans

the price was very good. Location was close to everything. quiet and not crowded

i had uninvited guests in the form of ANTS. The water pressure was low. no microwave

Location was good with several food and convenience stores within walking distance.

Only issue was the bed frame was very squeaky. They do require a $100 cash deposit which is refunded at check out. Other than that it was very good.

It was easy and quick to check in. I had trouble with the toilet and WiFi and there was someone available to fix it right away.

They ask for $100 cash secure deposit, I didn’t see the note when I booked and it was a hassle because I was tired and didn’t have the cash with me. Next day got my deposit back
