Yes I want to say that the staff at front desk is incredibly awesome I want to acknowledge George , Queanna, and Francis, whom have done in incredible job helping me with some booking issues that I had. They where just awesome with so much patience and calm demeanor they made me feel great about a dumb booking era that was 100% my fault. I want the owners to know that these individuals are very special employees and should be acknowledged as great employees. The rooms are huge! Nice area! The courtyard is beautiful. Big pool but wish it was summer! Has a gift shop you can get all kids of snacks and all kinds of things, the owner is nice! They have elevators!

I been here about 3 weeks and I asked if they had a laundry they said the washers and dryers are all broken. I asked one of the house keepers after 2 weeks of being here they said yes they had washers and dryers but they are on the third floor! They have a club house for food that is always closed. There is only one ice machine that is always out of ice.

This is my second time at this location customer service is starting to drop a little but I love the one bedroom apartment Style Suite very roomy very comfortable

The customer service is not accommodating in the right way if you want extra towels you have to bring them your dirty towels to exchange that doesn't feel right with me some rooms have microwaves some do not all rooms should be consistent I don't want to go to the lobby to warm up my sandwich at 1:00 in the morning there's only one ice machine for such a big place it should have more than one. I do understand that they are part of the homeless Exchange program which is great I like to see people off the streets but I don't want to be treated as such you have to separate your guests who are paying $300 for a couple days for customer service and not treat everyone as if they're part of the program

I liked that our room had a working AC Unit, it is a hit or miss at times when our room is assigned. The pool at the hotel would be the main reason why I book at this property. It is close to a shopping center where all your needs are met in case you forgot to pack certain items. There are also a lot of food options close to the hotel.

The fridge in the room wasn't always cold when I needed it to be. Sofa bed mattress was old and uncomfortable, had to add extra layers for my kids not to feel the springs in the bed. The washing and drying machines charge an arm and a leg just to wash on property. Sometimes we get a room where the AC doesn't work or the fridge isn't working at all. No continental breakfast offered at the hotel, Pool should be cleaned regularly when there are a large amount of guests using for it to be clean and ready the next business day for new guests who want to use the pool they dont have to swim in a pool where there are large amounts of debris in the water.

This is my go to for us time. I really appreciate this place it's very comfy and big rooms. I Love the spa and the pool.

The second and Last gate towards the alley way them gates keys rarely ever work and then u have to walk to the next one..... it don't work either. We had to get back in my car with all our stuff and park on the other side along the freeway. That side always works. I don't like that at all. Its so inconvenient.

Staff was friendly and welcoming. The noise level was very low considering the size of the property. Beautiful green trees and foliage surrounding property. Spa was warm (not hot) which we liked. Option to eat at restaurant next door. Everything was clean. Loved the size of our room! Living room with sofa bed, chair, TV, sink, refrigerator, microwave, and side tables. Room had two full beds, desk with chair, and plenty of space for luggage. Tiny balcony, but grateful for blackout curtains and access open sliding door to allow for fresh air.

Restroom in need of repairs. Door frame exposed down to the metal, mirror damaged, and shower tile was repaired poorly. Also needs new caulking as old one has black and pink mold. Appears as though new caulking was put over old moldy one. Staff may need to be trained on cleaning supplies to be used on various surfaces because our floor (linoleum) was sticky and the restroom door frame (wood) was damaged by cleaning supplies. Also glass was smeared and foggy. Looks as though staff thoroughly cleaned, but they used the wrong supplies.

Beautiful building and grounds. Fantastic pool. Great restaurant. Good location. Very reasonable price.

The curtains were not to my liking. They were thin material and I felt anyone could look into our bedroom. The heavier drapes were short, unable to cover the window and appear to be just for decor. The separate living area and kitchenette is nice, but fixtures were missing such as a television in that room (there was a television in the adjoining bedroom) and a couple cabinet doors.

Beautiful hotel, loved the charming look and feel. Beds were comfortable coffee pot worked. Breakfast was good. The elevators were so cool, their glass so you can see the garden an pool going up or down. Close to restaurants and walmart. I would stay here again.

Road noise from the 10 highway. Next stay will be on the other side of the hotel.

The hotel is beautiful, the location is good, it is close to the freeway, the rooms are very spacious and no noise is heard, quite quiet and very good to rest, but the dining room was closed and the place needs a little maintenance, it is a shame Such a beautiful place is so neglected. The park is still on the side. It is a plus for the hotel if you like to walk or exercise outdoors.

Front desk; needs to always be in attendance. Too often I called and no answer. I also had to wait a very long time for them to return. Please hire more people. i come to relax not wait a long time to ask question. My room hashad graffiti etched into the glass mirror, that i wanted them to know i did not do…. I wanted to make certain that they were aware that I noticed this as soon as I came into the room.
