Seascape Beach Resort

We stayed in a lawn access villa 5 nights. Beautiful ocean view. Clean and updated bathrooms and kitchen. Rooms were comfortably sized. Beach close, pool close, small kid playground close for small kids.

Kitchen poorly appointed. 1 salad bowl and no other serving bowls or baskets. If you make pasta and salad something needs to stay in the cooking pot.

You could see the ocean from your room. The condo was spacious and provided amenities. Kitchen was stocked. There was a cute fireplace. Customer service from staff was superb.

You have to drive at least 20 minutes for food because the couple restaurants they do have close too early.

I loved hearing the ocean while going to sleep and waking up. We are not so young anymore, so it was great to get golf cart rides to and from the beach. We charged ourTesla vehicles in the resort garage overnight so we had more time for outings to Elkhorn Slough and 17 mile drive. We watched dolphins feeding from the cliff walk. We enjoyed the food at Sanderlings.

Too many yellow-jackets invaded our dinner on the outdoor patio.

Needed to get away for the weekend and wanted to see the beach. This was the perfect place for my family of 3 and when the cousins came up the two bedroom suite I booked last min was the perfect fit. It was conveniently located to the beach pathway and the pool so the kids could walk down on there own while we cooked upstairs. This being our first time staying here we didnt know what to expect and I will say the ocean view we had didnt disappoint even the fog was a pleasure to see.

It wasn't long enough and that we couldnt bring our dog. To be honest people some people aren't great dog owners so I wouldn't want to put my baby in that position so she will always stay home.

Beach access and views were spectacular. Staff were ALL helpful, friendly, professional.

I was hoping for a little more value for money with the bonfire / smores set up. $150 feels a bit steep for the comfort level. We didn't stay long by the fire because the chairs were not comfortable and blankets would have been nice. It would also be nice to have a savory option as a snack. We booked it for sunset and in the winter, that is very early. An appetizer option instead of dessert would have been more appropriate. All that said - I would do it again :)

The studio spa tub was the best part of the room choice. So when we book again with out the kiddos we will surely get it again.

The fact we had to leave. We use this place now, as one of our stay-cation locations but the price is the same as coming with a group and you get a larger place with two floors and washer and dryer. So it's nothing against the room just the nightly rates. The experience you get is worth the price It's like a home away from home with the ⛱️ and ocean in your backyard.

view was astounding, studio room, AC not working very well but its nice, the small bathroom is also nice. they have golf carts to bring you down to the beach and up back to the property if you don't want to walk. overall, the property is beautiful.

I didn't like that the AC is not working properly, but they supplement you with stand fan, it works but for the amount you pay, they could make the cooling system better.

Great location. The beach was a short walk away and a few shops were nearby. The bedroom was spacious and it was quiet at night. It was also nice having a kitchenette with a small dining table and 2 chairs.

The bath and shower felt a bit cramped. The shower especially felt narrow and I'm a slim person. The bed was comfortable but a bit too soft for my liking.

beautiful view of ocean. nearby pool. beautiful well maintained walking paths. golf cart rides to the beach.

the room was right in front of a pond, the frogs were croaking all night. you could hear them even with the patio doors closed. room didn’t have a/c, it was stuffy and a bit warm inside. patio had cobwebs and dead bugs stuck to them. for the price paid was expecting for front facing ocean view, verses slight angled ocean view. area rug in living room was dingy.

Location fabulous, views from rooms terrific, lovely sleeping room, services such as transportation down to the beach was/is terrific, good food, outdoor dining in good weather great, great staff, beach access great with motor carts, good parking, near convenience center for odds and ends,.....

indoor dining area is not attractive ( but very functional), cost hi, food limited and good (not great)
