Nice, clean comfortable room. I even had a microwave in my room that I didnt think I'd have.

Walls are kinda thin. Would have liked at least 1 more pillow and more towels available in the room before I call down to have to request more.

Location is great. Stuff is very helpful. According to previous comments I suspected a lot of homeless people around, but was positively surprised. There are single homeless people nearby, but on the hotel property there is none. Also, stuff takes care of it if somebody wants to enter. Good value for the money you pay.

Sometimes there is quite noisy, because of other guests and thin walls. I recommend taking some ear plugs for sleeping.

Hands down the best customer service we have ever experienced at a Hotel Inn. The people who work here are extremely friendly and very helpful. The rooms are big and clean and the beds are comfy. Good cable channels and fast wifi. It's a walking distance to stores and restaurants; this is a prime spot. Whenever we visit LA, we will always return here. We are so far from home and they made our stay very comfortable and made us feel safe. Thank you America's Best Value Inn Staff and Management for exemplifying outstanding customer service.

Staff is friendly and kept checkin & checkout simple. They asked if we need anything to let them know, which is always great customer service. Overall the room was good and bed was comfortable. The value is great. I hope they can remain competitive by keeping their prices low.

I noticed a small handle slightly broken on the cupboard that encloses the refrigerator. Not a big deal. Wi-Fi got a bit choppy during prime hours 7:45pm-9:15pm.

Room had everything we needed. Nice desk area & dining table. Comfortable beds.

Exterior isn't pleasant. Desk chair broken. Location close to daughter's apartment, but area looks a bit rough.

I really liked the convenience of the location. It was close to all tourist attractions. The free parking was a huge plus.

t’s quite a dated property, a little upgrading would make it an excellent place. I also wish basics like water, tea and coffee would be provided to really take the property to the next level.

Everything went well,use cash for 2 hundred dollar deposit or wait 7 business days .

Location was excellent, rooms were cleaned daily, Swimming pool was a nice bonus, Air conditioning was good.

Issues with Wifi during first week, but management was able correct it and it was good for the rest of my stay

It actually was a pretty nice stay once you get to your room. There will be a $200.00 USD charge as a security deposit but mine was returned back to me the same day I left LA. It was not far from Hollywood BLVD and it has plenty of restaurants and a 99¢ store across the street which was convenient. Also Target was just down the road as well! Just remember if traveling here to stay safe but the rooms were very clean everyday and I had no troubles during my stay. Also Uber was easy in this part of town and the drivers knew where to pull into the hotel and where to drop off with ease

Communication was a bit difficult at the front window but that had come from a slight language barrier and the thick window was hard to hear them or for them to hear me

Staff were excellent. Of special note is Paco, who was amazingly helpful. Room was clean and serviced daily. Wifi was a little wobbly, but was told a reset would fix, but that was our last day. Good location for busses to sunset strip, Hollywood and santa Monica. Staying here again in a couple of weeks.
