Nice big and clean room, comfortable and quiet

Parking situation was very confusing as it’s an independent garage and yet Homewood suites offers it as their parking, ultimately I got charged by both the garage owner and the hotel. Staff is vague about explaining it, it’s cheaper to pay the garage rather than go thru hotel and that was annoying how I had to call the hotel to get the refund for double charges on parking. Otherwise it was a very pleasant stay, complimentary breakfast was good too.

shuttle , location, cleanness, staff, nice beds, good shower, big rooms, kitchen, renovated rooms. we had excellent experience! I was in doubt during booking, as there are several hotels in this area in the same price range. Im happy I’ve stayed here, as this one had the most spacious and updated rooms.

included breakfast was a bit less for me as I’m a vegan/healthy type… but I could find some items for the first morning, the second morning I made my own breakfast, happily there is a nice kitchen in our room. Also the breakfast times between 6-9 am all days of the week are very uncomfortable.

I like the hotel because it's very near to airport. The room has kitchen. The breakfast is good but waffle is the best but the batter runs out so fast. I like that there's a garage but the fee is very overwhelming. The whole place is elegant. I will definitely come back here. I recommend this place to all travelers. It's a great place with only minimal stuff to fix.

The room is wide but looks old. The room looks neat but when I checked the trash can near the toilet there's a tissue paper inside. The microwave has dust. This means the place is not well cleaned and sanitized.

Very clean. Had a meal in the restaurant which was excellent, just what I needed after a long flight. Location to airport very close and shuttle bus was quick and efficient.

I tried to make an important international call to the U.K. from my room but was unable to do so. I went down to reception for assistance but they had no clue how to make an international call from hotel landline. They were very unhelpful and not really interested in my dilemma. I left without being able to make the call which was very frustrating.

Very near at the airport, room is very clean, and breakfast is very good.

When I called and asked one of the staff if someone can come up to my room and give me extra towels. She said “yes” but no one showed up. I called back half an hour later to ask again. I had an issue with regards to the TV remote. I was logging in in my Netflix account and it took me forever to log in because it isn’t working properly. Thought of calling at the front desk again but I just let it be coz I don’t want to wait again.

Lovely room, really close to the airport and the free shuttle was quick and regular. Food and drink options available to buy in reception which was great. I had to work whilst I was there and the desk made it all really easy. Would stay here again.

It was great. There was only one small thing is that a guest information book in the room would have been really helpful as I wasn’t sure where breakfast was or what time it finished. To be fair they did tell me when I checked in but I couldn’t remember and couldn’t find anything in the room where it was written down. But that is the only negative, everything else was great.

Meals were made available in the best possible way considering the pandemic situation. We were able to take good tasting nourishing meals directly to our suite, and the staff was very helpful in explaining the different possibilities.

The hotel room was much nicer than we expected, and the included kitchen was very nice. We honestly didn't expect the generous size and modern feel. We actually had a problem with the room when we checked in and the staff responded promptly and were very apologetic. They went out of their way to make it right. The hotel was a fifteen-minute drive from Manhattan beach. Such a great area.

It included breakfast, but the Covid restrictions were a little odd. You could choose a boxed breakfast or order anything off the menu with a 20% discount. My wife and I decided we'd do the box meal but we'd order our son something from the menu. We were then told that his would be full price; either we all ordered off the menu for 20% off or it was going to be full price. That made no sense to us. Also, due to Covid restrictions, the pool was closed.

It was super convenient. We had an unexpected lay over at LAX and I was able to book the hotel online that was really easy, the shuttle came really quick, and it was a quick and easy hotel to get to. It was so nice to have such a comfy bed to have a rest in before our flight the next morning

For our purposes, It was actually perfect. If I was going on vacation, though, I wouldn’t stay there. The views aren’t great and it’s in one of my not so favourite parts of LA. I found it very expensive as well, especially with the dollar exchange

Super welcoming and helpful staff. Close to the airport with shuttle bus included. Secured location. Nice franchise cafeterias in the same building. Lovely amenities. Super comfy beds. Clean. With proper curtains blocking light. Big and very powerful shower. Amazing complementary Toiletries. ⭐️ 5 stars for Hanna the butler

The complementary breakfast was quite basic, not bad but not as great as everything else.
