This hotel is in the center of the Eagle Rock neighborhood and just shorts walks to some giod places to eat. It's gone though some remodeling in recent years and the rooms are confortable, the wifi is good, the rooms are clean and the staff is friendly. I've stayed there several times and have had good stays.

No real negative things to say.

this property was very comfortable and I felt safe the room was clean and roomy and the bed was very comfortable I would 100% stay here again. The was quick to get me a pillow when I asked for one. the property is also on a street where there is a lot of restaurants and drink options in walking distance which was amazing when trying to save money and gas.

Property and rooms were clean, neighborhood was calm and property provides free parking spaces behind gates. There was an easy access to public transportation. Staff was friendly and they let us check-in a little bit early. They responded to a messages within 1 day.

The location was great tons of food choices and close to other stores. Staff was friendly & housekeeping was amazing they were on top of there game.

The only outlet was far from the bed so I was having to charge my phone before I went to sleep to make sure I’d here my alarm.

We enjoyed every bit of our stay they had a pool which was a plus since we didn't see it when we booked it. The staff was amazing and may I add the man clerk in the office is super handsome and great (:

Good location for visiting our son. Plants and nature were a plus. Good beds.

Pillows were odd. Could use a power strip, not enough outlets. Maybe a lamp for Reading. Outlet in bathroom would be good.

The guy at check-in was very nice. It was easy to find parking. The place is cute and convenient for a lot of activities around town.

They should update their bathroom doors. The toilet paper holders being attached was very odd.

Location and room.

Improper arrangement of furniture and no hair dryer . Shower head was tiny and so the water did not flow out in adequate quantity for a comfortable bath.

The hotel is very nice and easy to reach. The location is perfect, out of the crazy traffic of LA, close to a high variety of food locations. The staff is very nice and welcoming.

The toom was not perfectly clean, but that's almost normal woth the carpet.

The staff was really nice and the location was really good. It was really close to where we were during the weekend.

I didn’t like the way the parking spaces are set up. There is very little space to back up to get in or out of a parking space. I do understand that it is more of a space issue.
