Room was quite a good size and quite well equipped. Bed comfortable. Staff supplied stove top kettle for us, when requested. Also remedied the issues with faulty dishwasher and sink blockage very quickly and efficiently. The staff at the resort were always friendly and did their utmost to help. Housekeeping very efficient. Cleanliness to a high standard throughout.

The location is good - it is very close to the Eagle Lift [about 150 steps -yes I did count them!] - but we would not consider this a true 'ski-in and ski-out' location as you would find in Europe [many French resorts for example]. The room was a little dark as little or no sunlight comes in due to orientation and if you have noisy people upstairs with children who run around a lot it can be very noisy [Tip: ask for a top floor room!].

Always a pleasure to stay here, beds are comfy and the apartment like atmosphere is very nice. Full kitchen in our unit. The property has 3 hot tubs which is nice. There is also a bocce ball court.

Surly staff at check-in, which was really disappointing as the other checkin person was awesome and was very engaged with his customers. Ours acted like it was an imposition to check us in, acted like a jerk, and insisted on adding the resort fee even though that had been paid up front when booking. Fortunately, Booking took care of it, but still a big negative for such a nice place. Checkout was the same, the lady at the front desk was barely there, her mind was somewhere else. One big negative on the room, there was no curtain on the door to the deck, it was clear glass and I noticed that all the other rooms had curtains over their doors.

Good hotel for family stay in mountain area. We stayed in Juniper Springs on our way to Yosemite. It is rather far (2 hours drive) from Yosemite Valley, but the connecting road is good. Hotel is large, with good underground parking and nice outside heated pools. Our room was quite spacious, with fully equipped kitchen and beautifull view on the mountains. We stayed in summer, but hotel location seems to be even more convinient for skiing.

Hotel is quite old and one can feel it, especially in common areas (i.e. corridors lack of any style).

The staff were so nice and accommodating to us. Private parking. Full kitchens.

Beds were not that comfortable- no air conditioning- smokers on balcony near us and we had to open windows for cool air. We had to close our windows when smokers were out on their balcony. Coffee shop items were outrageously priced. Condos could have more comfy furniture. Couches, chairs

Wonderful self catering room with snow views and partial mountain views. Great access to ski lift next door and good ski storage facilities too. Full kitchen with dishwasher. Big bed and great lounge and balcony.

The Bathroom was rather dated, but functional. There were no breakfast facilities, so self catering required, but we knew this. Just a shame no welcome basket with (say!) milk, bread, butter, small cereal pots, etc. just to get you started first night!!

Beautiful vista and hotel. Staff was pleasant and kind. clean facility.

Clean facilities. Everything we need was available in our kitchen. Barbecue grill were a nice option if you wanted to grill outside. The room was very homelike. Couches may need to be replaced but basic wear.

everything can’t really say one thing over another. it was great

nothing it’s a great lodge close to mountains for hiking and riding horses and swimming. and of course it is really conveniently close to Yosemite. but if you’re going to stay at this location or other locations near by you must have reservations to go and visit Yosemite national park in advance of coming here . or you will not be allowed to visit Yosemite so make that reservation!!.

Aside from being an incredible property with great rooms and amenities, the front desk staff was AMAZING! The woman who checked us in went above and beyond! She made sure that we got a room with a beautiful view, and was very patient & helpful. Phenomenal customer service is rare these days, so it was extremely refreshing.

This hotel is very stylish with beautiful and spacious rooms, with a fantastic and well equipped kitchen, lovely lounge area, scenic balcony and comfortable bedroom. Mammoth Lakes is a VERY expensive area so Juniper Springs Resort is reasonably priced for its location. Staff are very friendly and helpful with great inside knowledge. On-site pool & BBQs for guests to use were a nice touch.

This stay was honestly perfect - could not be improved!

And this property is an outstanding value! The location cannot be better with more beautiful views of the mountains. We had a large kitchen and it three beds in one room for the children and our own separate small bedroom and living room. The space could’ve been larger, but I’m not sure what kind of other suites they had available. The staff was absolutely fantastic and accommodating and anything that was needed was properly attended to….

Although we love the pool spa and play area, I think they should close it down at 9 o’clock rather than 10 o’clock due to the noise from the people usually in the spa late at night. I think most people enjoy your stay in the mountains like to go to bed early and wake up very early especially to beat the heat to do morning activities :-)
