Hampton Inn Riverside March Air Force Base, Ca

Had 1 small issue with the room but Jade stepped up and handled it really great. I really appreciated her. Also the breakfast staff was awesome and did an amazing job. We are breakfast there all 3 morning we were there and it was great and well managed everyday.

Charge for parking, but totally understand the necessity for that.

The location was perfect as we had a funeral to attend directly across the street. The room was comfortable enough for a 2- night stay with my husband and 2 grown children but sure wish we could get a room with 2 kings!

Paying $14 a day for parking in an unprotected lot!

I was traveling with a trailer, which I had to unhook from the truck & leave parked during the day. Plenty of parking to accommodate me and the front desk notified management to ensure there were no issues for the duration of our stay.

The body wash was out in the shower, but I brought my own.

The rooms are basic but the facilities like the gym, the continental breakfast and the pool are all spectacular. There is even a laundry facility which I have never seen at a hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the entire place was so clean.

The internet connect was very poor and service isn’t the area is not good but that just comes with the location.

Very clean and very simple but had everything I needed. Staff were all sorry friendly and willing to assist with any needs I may have had.

The long walk from the elevator to my room, but that's not really a bad thing as it means they have a great deal of rooms for availability.

Location was great and amenities

Staff checking us in didn't seem like she knew what she was doing, was confused, took a long time and not very friendly. Fire pit closed during hours should be open

Dealing with booking . Com was almost impossible. They did not notify the hotel about my change in dates. The hotel staff had to jump thru hoops to take care of my changes. In all I will not be using booking. com again.

The staff was super friendly and outgoing. The breakfast was delicious. The room was very comfortable.

I didn't like that the rooms were not cleaned daily. COVID is not a reason any more not to clean rooms on a daily basis....ie: Trash removal.

Adam at the front desk was wonderful! He made a fresh pot of coffee for 6 of us weary travelers😁 I also love the military pictures and artifacts used to decorate the hotel.

I don’t understand that a brand new hotel would still use the window air conditioning that are noisy and wake you up all night! I had to turn the A/C heater off to get some sleep!

Clean rooms, clean facilities, great breakfast, enjoyable sitting areas. We would definitely stay there again.

The only thing we didn’t care for was the barn door on the bathroom. It didn’t provide privacy.
