This could have been a perfect score but we had to keep asking for plates,forks, bagels where all out of items one item at a time The short Hispanic lady that worked the front desk was more worried about sitting down in the back on her computer!!! After asking her the first time her entire face looked bothered because we asked!! So if she could have just not made those ugly faces at us like she seemed bothered this hotel would of been the perfect stay!! The morning of July 3rd between 8 and 9am… The rest of the staff was amazing checking in, rooms where clean, price was amazing, pool and pool area where clean we even got clean towels put in around pool area!!! I will totally stay at this place again for my Daughters next softball tournament,

The person that was more interested in sitting in the back her face said it all when we asked her for plates and bagels, and other utensils!! Or else this could have been the perfect 10 rate hotel

The check in was very quick an friendly. The rooms was very large for a queen and had a sitting couch with a "tv tray" table which was great to work on the laptop comfortably. It is great the the rooms have wood floor and no carpet . The sink was amazing ( better than mine at home) . it was a modern raised sink perfect height when you are taller. You normally see sink like this in higher end properties. the bed was very comfortable as well. The entire room and bathroom was very clean

This is not something the property can change and would just like to mention it. If you are a light sleeper the train going by might wake you up. I slept fine my partner didn't. This won't keep me from staying again next time we have business in Modesto. The double pane windows help but if the doors would be sealed better it would help a lot.

The staff was very friendly and professional. They checked me in in a timely manner and went above and beyond the normal calls of duty of servicing me gave me extra towels etc she was very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and the pool and hot tub was excellent. The breakfast is okay they probably could have did a little bit better on that but besides that it was awesome might stay there again

Front desk staff very helpful in person and on the phone. I needed to be at a weeding at 3:30. They allowed me to check in early so I could get dressed and make it to the wedding on time. Very kind and helpful. Nice to have refrigerator and microwave. This would influence the decision to stay again.

I could hear the water from the other bathroom in my room. Finally figured out I should close my bathroom door! It was not terrible.

The room was comfortable and clean. It was just off the freeway, which was very convenient, but I heard the trucks all night. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

I like natural light in my living space. But all the windows are on the wall where the door is. So, if you leave them unshaded anyone can see directly into your room as they walk by. Don't think that can be fixed as it is the design of the building. And it was a good place to stay for one night.

The manager Miranda was amazing. She was so accommodating and friendly. We received great customer services from her over the phone and in person. The rooms were clean, the pool/hot tub area was nice. A lot of bad reviews about the area/noise, but that did not bother us at all. It was fine.

The only complaint is the breakfast was not the best. It was not horrible, but not the best.

it was right across the street from the train tracks and 3 different trains passed in the night. kids thought that was a highlight, I would have rather not woken up in a panic from a train honking and thundering by, though. Or I would have liked to know about it so I wasn’t caught off guard.

Our room was a good size. The beds were comfortable. The room facilities were all as described and as expected. The bathroom was clean and in a good state of repair, The breakfast had something for everybody.

Loved the room. Beautifully decorated and comfortable. Wish more hotels would have shutters as window coverings and laminate floors instead of potentially germy carpet. Breakfast was good, pool was lovely and except for traffic noise.

They need new flags at the entrance.😊

It has very easy access to the freeway, lots of very close parking and a variety of breakfast options.

I was a bit apprehensive about the trains so close to the motel. Surprisingly, the trains on the tracks 150 feet away from the room, did not disturb me.
