breakfast is always good, room is good size. could use a little bit more deep cleaning,. I don't use the poolSt

Staff was nice but one person proceeded to tell her family & people in the area I was there., I was very upset by this and I know she was written up as I like to have complete privacy while I am there. It was my mistake also as I told her why I was there and I was very stressed out and started a conversation with her. She proceeded to repeat our conversation to her family ( which I didn't know she was related to the funeral I was helping with).

Breakfast was one of the biggest varieties I've ever seen. That alone would bring me back, but I have to admit, the sauna and the pool were great and those beds were COMFORTABLE! Everything (but carpet) was so clean and sanitary. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly.

The carpet in our room was in desperate need of being shampooed and the cable selection was extremely poor. One more trash can, or perhaps a bigger one would have been great.

Very nice and clean. Good sized room (two queen beds and sitting area with fireplace) and the fireplace kept us cozy. Great location next to several stores and food places. Nice area. Has ice machines on every level and snack vending machines. Free breakfast.

I expected more from the breakfast selection like eggs, bacon etc. but there was only bread and cereal. The waffle maker was broken. Coffee and juice of course. But good thing there were some breakfast sandwiches in the fridge to warm up. One of the lamps in the suite I was staying in was not working. And to top it off I went there specifically for my son to enjoy the heated indoor swimming pool for his winter birthday only to find out they have it closed. There was absolutly no mention of that. So our trip was ruined. Mind you I only live a few cities over and wanted to give him a mini vacay and he loves to swim so thought it would be perfect. I felt horrible.

Great location. Lovely, gracious, helpful staff. friendly and welcoming. breakfast included with many options. Ice machine in handy locations, plenty of towels in the bathroom. window can be opened. Huge solar panels served as protection for car parking—-rain and/or sun. Large rolling cart to bring items from car to room. Breakfast had multiple options—make your own waffles, muffins, bagels, ‘egg McMuffin-like breakfast.

There wasn’t anything not to like. There was one strange little thing, the faucet’s hot water came in when the handle was set to cold.

The room was a perfect size for me and family. It was quite all night long. the Ac didn't get the room very cool even when set to 67. Breakfest was good. I think they should look at the amount of guest that is checked in. to be able to maintain the right amount of food. but the staff did move fast to refill everything. the staff was extra friendly so made the stay great. I will book at that location again next year for sure

The room was very quiet and clean. The decor seemed to be fairly new with a modern flair.

The bed was not very comfortable and the heater howled during the night, so badly that I had to get up and turn it off. It sounded like it was old and about to give out. The bathroom was also very small and the exhaust fan could not keep up with the steam from the shower. We also had to prop the door open to the bathroom to warm it, as it remained cold otherwise.

This property is very centrally located to our needs. It has plenty of amenities within walking distance! The front desk person, Cathy, was very friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable, and the king suite is very roomy! You could easily sleep a family of 4 with comfort and some separation if you are traveling with friends!

There was a loud truck that parked near our room at around 6am and ran it’s generator. It was very loud. The walls seem pretty thin- however it’s a small town so we didn’t notice noise because there wasn’t much traffic.

I was in a handicapped room. They need to add a non-skid mat for the shower. The floor is very slippery. Also, the bathroom door automatically closes. Not good for wheelchair bound guests.

They have newly installed level 2 chargers for cars which is great. You need an app to pay, but still more convenient than I anticipated. Also, clean, comfortable, decent breakfast.

room was very clean, beds were comfortable. kids had fun in the pool. free breakfast and taste great. close to shopping center with food, auto and gas. staff were friendly and welcoming
