Best Western Plus Delta Inn & Suites

Very clean our room was great King suite. the couch in room was very comfortable and attractive. Breakfast was breakfast sandwiches, burritos, fruit and juices. no cooked food. You had to microwave everything, it was fair better than no breakfast options. The breakfast attendant was friendly and efficient. Front desk staff was unpleasant, short unprofessional and had bad customer service skills. No maid service unless you ask. Welcome to Covid.

The other guests. Sloppy dumping food out of their vehicles and no one to pick it up. When I asked for a broom to sweep it I was told I couldn’t be given one and the house keeper would do it. no one every came out. Someone told the light outside. shady people walking around, its Central California and a lot of fast food restaurants in immediate area.

Location was great to big break Marina, where I fished.

I didn’t like that a $150.00 deposit was held out my Bank Account, which I will not get back for 3-4 days, I mean they didn’t even clean the room, because of Covi I guess, so a reduced price should have been given, I may not stay there again, because of holding $150.00. I can see $50.00, but $150.00? It’s just not right.

The whirlpool spa tub, which was like amazing 🙄❣️ Everything was clean ✨, and the air conditioner works, I just loved the tub above everything else. Breakfast was included I believe but I didn't stop to grab a bite. However, I saw many at the breakfast area, so must've been good

The smell? I got used to it 🤷🏻‍♂️ but the minute I stepped inside, there was an odor? Didn't bother me too much tbh, but it was something I did notice.

We liked having choices for breakfast. We could have a sack "to-go" bag or choices of cold cereal, yogurt, juice, and hot food as an egg sandwich or a bean burrito.

Hours for breakfast M to F would have been nice to offer until 10:00. It was on weekends but only to 9:00 on weekdays. The biggest problem was that the bathroom sink drain did not drain well and the toilet seat was loose. We told the front desk about these problems two days. The attendant said that she told the maintenance staff about it but nothing was ever done. One attendant told us that "all of the drains are like that".

Very close the the main road and freeway but not so that we were disturbed by traffic noise. Location was great in that it was only 20 minutes to where our friends were camping. Friendly staff. Saw my husband using a cane and gave us a handicapped room which kept his walking to a minimum.

Minor things but irritating. Like bath water plug would not stay open, so the bath filled up as we were showering and we had to hold it open to drain. Also one of bedside lights would not accept phone charger. My hot brush styler would not work. I tried several plugs in the room. However, it worked when I got home.

It was easy to find, not too many places out there. Everything was clean & updated, rooms had all amenities, good TV, nice seating area in room but the TV wasn't really set up for the seating area.

They only had a sack breakfast that was nothing to speak of, wouldn't fill a kid. McDonald's is next door would advise you go there for breakfast. Coffee also was a little bitter, Starbucks is next to McDonald's! When they open up their continental breakfast again, will be a good stopping place!

Rooms were great. Location was perfect

The girls that checked us didn't gave us the customer service that we where expecting. But the cleaning staff and the ladies ( one of them i believe was a manager )that checked us out were very nice. We whete not aware about not using the pool or gym till we try to go in. Then we were told they were closed. No extra explanation. Same girls that checked us in. There should be a getting every time. Or acknowledge and most definitely a smile at all times.

I stayed there during the Covid Times and the place seemed very clean, staff was friendly, masks were worn and masking rules seemed to be enforced (in a nice way).

The elevator was terrifying to ride in - seemed like it would get stuck at any moment. And eventually it did. Thankfully, it was stuck on the 1st floor with the doors open and no one inside. Breakfast wasn't great, but they were dealing with Covid, so options were limited.

Nice quiet room, very good breakfast.

Exhaust fan in bathroom was very noisy, that the property made an adjustment on our bill, and said they would see that it got fixed.

Breakfast was great. We only stayed 1 night and basically just slept. I would recommend to friends. Staff was friendly, room was clean and comfortable.
