Best Western Oxnard Inn

I like the fact that it provided breakfast. The room looked clean.

I was disappointed in that we requested for a room on the first floor, if none at least one near the elevator. When we checked in the parking lot was almost empty, so I was hoping that we would get one on the first floor or at least next to the elevator. We were given room 230 on the far opposite end from the elevator. My husband has spinal stenosis and has difficulty with walking and that's why we requested for a specific room and we tried to check in early so our request could at least be accommodated. Maybe I did not try hard enough.

Breakfast was good. Nice selection and fresh fruits. I liked the staff greeting me each morning with such friendly smiles. They were anxious to assist with all breakfast items. Helped me carry the plates and refilled juice and coffee for me like restaurant. I liked the booths in the lobby, like a cozy cafe.

I had no complaints.

It exceeded expectation! It looked quite fanciful for a Best Western. Breakfast was delicious. Apparently this isn't the best part of town (per locals), but I couldn't tell! I'm coming from inner city Philadelphia, so this Best Western was PERFECTLY fine! I would definitely recommend it!

Room is spacious with fridge and microwave. Good lighting and many outlets. Comfortable bed. The grab and go breakfast was very substantial. Thanks.

The room smelled somewhat of smoke, though they had tried to neutralize it. It was tolerable, but could have been better. Also, the temperature unit worked, but it would be nice to have just a "fan" option to bring fresh air into the room. It gets a little stuffy and you have to move back and forth between cool and heat to keep air flow going. Not a deal-breaker, just a suggestion.

The front office employees were fabulous and then to top it off I left my kindle in the room and was called that it was found....that was a great surprize and very appreciated

The price was crazy high for the neighborhood....I understand it is driven by the industry prices but the beds were hard and bathrooms were old

staff was very helpful and professional, we asked for extra towels no problem breakfast was very good location was very good. parking was very good. wash/dryer was not used but what a great option,

we are used to higher-end hotels so it is not appropriate to respond to this question but it was very clean and very nice and everything else was simply great.

Polite and informative staff. Room and amenities were great! Breakfast was terrific, with a wide variety of choices. Pool was sparkling, and had access for disabled guests. Excellent!

it was conveniently located - my friends and I had visited the Channel Islands and needed a place to stop over before returning home. Room was very nice and clean and was walking distance to restaurants.

Location was convenient to get around town, we stayed for a fishing trip. Room was spacious and clean, staff was there 24/7 which was nice because we left early in the morning and came back.

We reserved a no smoking room and it was labeled as so but the room still smelled like cigarette smoke and we let the office know. I have a feeling because people smoke right outside it may linger in the rooms next to it.

Friendly customer service, excellent price, conveniently located, nice pool and jacuzzi, clean facilities and grounds, comfortable beds, easy check in and out and great variety of breakfast foods each morning for the free breakfast.
