Bella Capri Inn and Suites

The room was very clean. The bathroom was a little small and an elevator would have made it better. Next time we'll make sure to book a room on the first floor, as we're a little older and my husband has bad knees. Loved the location, really cute area with shops and restaurants you can walk to. The cafe I have to say was excellent. The food was delicious and the staff are top notch.

The suite was lovely and nicely decorated. The beds were great and allowed for a good night's sleep. The hotel was quaint and right on the historic downtown street. The nearby restaurants were great to eat at and also closed by the time we went to bed so our sleep was not disturbed by road noise.

Light from the streets came through the shutters fairly brightly. Some room darkening curtains would have been appreciated. There was also a loud hum in the master bedroom that we could not figure out.

Location was great and relaxing. You could also tell that the rooms were definitely clean which was a relief to me. We have stayed at other hotels in ventura and their cleanliness is questionable so it was really nice to stay in a hotel that we didn't have to question it. Definitely will stay here again.

Parking can be problematic but its not that big of a deal since the area you are parking in feels very safe.

The lady at the front desk is a gem! Friendly, efficient, accommodating, knowledgeable. My sister and I had two separate rooms, and she gave us great customer service, answered all our questions and more. All of the staff we encountered were friendly- waved or said hello and goodbye when we came and went and also thanked us when we left. My corner room was perfect! Spacious with a big comfy bed and a refrigerator. Super cute, charming, quaint hotel, and right on the main drag. Walking distance to restaurants, bars, etc. The attached Old Town Cafe also has friendly staff and they make amazing lattes! Oh! And the courtyard parking is perfect. We will definitely be back!

The only thing I mentioned was it would’ve been nice to have a big picture… some kind of art above the bed. It was explained that they are in the process of remodeling, but my comment would be noted. Once again, great customer service skills at work here!

We often travel as a group of three. It was nice to find a suite with three beds for a reasonable price. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Great location close to the freeway.

The bed was a little soft, but my roommates enjoyed their beds. It was difficult to figure out the shower, although the water flow was great. The room was a bit warm, but it was a very hot day. The air conditioner was somewhat noisy.

Not a fancy hotel, but very clean and the location for walking to restaurants and shops is perfect. We stayed in the suite with 3 queens. One of those beds was in a room set to the side of the main room. Our teenager liked having space to herself. The staff was very friendly and helpful!!!

The parking lot was full so we had to find a parking spot on the street.

The location is pretty good if you are traveling from the north or south; the little town is nice and some solutions for food, coffe and beers. The girls at the desk have been great with us, taking care of a little problem we had with the room. This is the most cleaned hotel we found in the United States, congrats and thanks to the ladies working on it!

We had a lovely and peaceful time while here. The room was cozy and perfect to stay in while in town for a wedding.

We were under the impression the room would have a bathtub but were surprised to find it was only a stall shower. It was not a problem and we were not necessarily disappointed; just a note.

The location and the views are fantastic. The staff was friendly and accommodating with special requests. We enjoyed the espresso drinks, and comfortable beds.

The chairs were uncomfortable and looked cheap. It would be nice to have at least one comfortable chair instead. The fake fireplace/heater looked silly, but did provide heat.
