Hampton Inn & Suites Camarillo

Breakfast was amazing! Staff was so friendly and helpful - remembered my room # as I came and went. Accommodating and welcoming. The room was very roomy and comfortable, the lobby spacious; amenities super! Breakfast crew was amazing as well and the variety of offering and quality of food was wonderful. The seating area for food service was ample too! Room for everyone. Room was super clean as well and bad was comfy.

Your new card capture (pay) system. I swiped at the terminal and the desk person said it didn't capture but I advised on my CC app it did but she also swiped my card at her terminal and the charge picked up twice. Both were pending and I called my CC company and they flagged the still pending duplicate charge but is it a minor annoyance until it drops off.

We were in town for a family funeral and had initially booked another hotel in the area. Mistake, we stayed the one night & quickly booked the remaining two nights here and were very happy we did. Front desk was friendly and informative. Room was very clean and spacious-even had a window we could open a bit for fresh air which is a plus! Great location, near good restaurants and even fast-food places were walking distance if wanted. Will stay here again on future visits-no need to look elsewhere!

I honestly can only think of more towels other than the one set per person (we only stayed 2nts so it was no problem) since we don't see maid service during stay and I know we could get more just by asking.

Clean, good location, comfortable bed, well equipped gym.

Poor sound insulation between floors. Consistently woke early due to the herd of elephants in the room above that needed to make their presence known at 5:30 every morning.

Clean, everything works, decent breakfast, quiet, nice tv with good programs. Would book again.

The 1 sliding door that closes either the bathroom or the closet is a lawsuit waiting to happen. Got to be really careful not to crush your fingers. Also ac unit has slight odor.

The breakfast selection was small but really tasty and rounded out our short stay! The room was clean and the beds were super comfy. Definitely worth the stay especially since we were on a time crunch!

I wish they offered more vegetarian options for the breakfast but overall still really good!

We had a Queen suite with two beds and a sofa bed, room was large enough, clean, pretty nice. The bathroom was clean and we didn't mind the barn door type. Made use of the gym, which was fine. Breakfast was just ok, about standard for most places. They do charge for parking, which is absurd.

We had to request a late check out due to car trouble and towing, etc. Hampton was very accommodating with our time constraints. Everyone was friendly - Breakfast was exceptional -

when we got there they told us we hold $25 on card for each room which is $10 for parking spot ,I never heard of that and they said they give us the $15 back and I told her I have only one car for two rooms and she said OK we only charge 10$ give you the money back when I Checked my bank I realize they Charged me $25 extra for each room

The location was convenient. The facility was clean and attractive. Contact with the limited number of staff was pleasant. The room was relatively small, but quite comfortable.

The toilet paper was horrible. It was very thin. It's "two-ply" sheet did not stay together, so it was really very thin, flimsy one - ply paper. Guests should definitely bring their own TP. The breakfast was only OK.

It was super comfortable and had the best sleep I’ve had in a long time. it was just perfect the staff are really friendly and really helpful. I will be coming back to that hotel on my next visit.

That there isn’t a microwave in the room unless you ask for it.
