The Palace Inn

I liked the check in process and having Payment options. I liked being able to have a kitchen that I could cook in. I liked the convenience of the location and being so close to everything I needed.

I did not like the stains and marking that were in the bathroom made it seem not clean. I did not like the limited spacing in the room to pull out the chairs. I didn't like the fridge not looking clean.

There was NO BREAKFAST. Not even a cup of coffee; and when asked about why they posted the place as B&B, the lady said “no”, when I showed the add posted as such, she said she would call her son to explain, and left me waiting because he never came out.

The floor was very dusty. The bathroom looked clean at first sight but once you close the door, you can see right away all the dirt and stains. I was tempted to clean it but there was nothing appropriate to clean it with.

I liked Sam the front desk worker who accommodated me checking in at 1130pm and it was easy peasy. The following morning, after I slept great in a king bed, my ride was a no show and Sam let me stay until I could find a new one. He didn't have to do that as he deals with things like this from naferious people no doubt. I had 4 bags and he was very accommodating and also offered advice. This was my second stay here and I would recommend it to couple and solo travelers becasue of comfortable, clean and friendly service but most of all the jacuzzi rooms are awesome. Nothing I didn't like it was easy

The exterior and location may give people a negative perspective, but it was quite pleasant and nothing negative happened to myself or my vehicle

Petty things like furniture damage and some noisy, seemingly, live in neighbors. The latter actually doesn't bother me, but may be to some

Clean and comfortable.

They wanted a cash deposit of $50. I said that was not shown on Priceline and had no cash. They took my credit card, just like every hotel does. Sounds like something at shady motels.

It had a refrigerator and microwave.

The room was too crowded with furniture. The matress was not the proper size for the box spring. The parking did not have numbers according to to the rooms due to its small location. The check in and check out doorbell sounded like the alarm was going off.

We were very pleased and very happy we will be traveling back to California and we will be staying there again because we loved it

First room had a horrible smell. Asked to change room and was given a good room.

I liked everything about the Palace Inn. It's a great place! I especially like the privacy.

I loved the room! I love the staff! The maids were always so helpful! I can't wait to go back!

We had a kitchen and fridge the room was big we slept good

I think the price was a little high but it was a good place to stay
