Courtyard Palm Desert

The desk staff was great, check-in was super easy. The location was about a half mile from I-10 and very convenient to Palm Desert and to Palm Springs via city streets. Rooms were quiet and sound insulated except for the adjacent rooms' doors slamming and the occasional rude guests' loud voices in the hall. Many restaurants and other shops were located nearby. Several university campuses were within half a mile.

The cafe was very limited in breakfast selections and the hotel bar was closed, but there was an Applebee's right across the parking lot open for lunch and dinner. They "proudly serve" Starbuck's coffee which I don't care for.

I liked the rooms and the beds were super comfortable

there were only a couple of downfalls for this property. first we parked in the back of the hotel because the access door was closer to our room and we had two little dogs that we didn’t want to walk through the whole hotel with but when we were using the hotel’s luggage carts there was absolutely NO ramps to go up or down only curbs. it was not very ADA friendly making it difficult to get the luggage carts over the curb when they are full of luggage. the second thing is that there not really anywhere for dogs to use the restroom even though the hotel is dog friendly. I had to walk my two dogs across the parking lot to the residence inn area where there is a designated dog area with dog poop bags.

Cleanness of the property, Hand Sanitizer by Elevators, Coffee ready on the go, and the QUIETNESS in the Hallways.. But, most of all I was able to enjoy ALL the Indiana Jones movies back to back, Thanks to the Free Cable..

I didn't like the fact that they don't serve dinner like most Marriott, well named brand. But, Yes you do have Apple Bees next door which is convenient. And Starbucks only certain hours..

Very comfortable, beautiful location, great breakfast, convenient to Indian Wells Tennis and local restaurants. And they had Tennis Channel on TV so we could watch the night matches in our room.

We were there five nights but there were only two drawers to store our clothes for the week. Different furniture choices would have been more practical for an otherwise very nice room.

Location was great. We were there for a concert and this location was perfect. Check in and out were quick and easy and every staff member we interacted with was incredibly nice. Breakfast was great. Bed was super comfortable. Above and beyond what we expected. Oh and the orange infused water in the lobby was a delight!

It was perfect for our stay. I have no complaints.

This was a very nice area to get away for a little rest and relaxation. It is next to an Applebee's which was very convenient.

The could explain more how the breakfast included works, or the person at the counter should ask if the guest has a breakfast included package so they didn't have to pay for their breakfast.

Everything was as expected. Great location, easy access from freeway, plenty of parking. Front desk staff very nice. Pool and spa are open. First time staying, room was just like in pictures, perfect. Didn’t have breakfast can’t comment on that. Only stayed 1 night, good price for a very nice property. Also liked that there is no odd smells, that Lysol or cleaner type odor some places have. Would stay again.

All was good for this hotel.

The room and the facility were clean. The front desk person was happy to help me and very informative of any questions I had. Bistro food was good as well.

Not sure I stayed long enough to have a complaint. The elevator and hallways were warm, but it was 116 degrees outside. The room a/c worked well, thankfully

Absolutely amazing hotel. Stayed in a one bedroom suite that was very cozy and spacious. Everything was clean and comfortable throughout the hotel. Bed was very comfortable, pool area was very nice, and the staff was very welcoming and easy to work with. Highly recommend this hotel.

Location is good. There are restaurants nearby. Applebees is just across the hotel. Close to freeway. Front desk Alex is very accommodating, cheerful and has enthusiasm. He directed me to where i’m going. Room is spacious and furnitures are sleek/modern. Comfortable bed-i really had a good rest. Smart TV that has netflix/youtube. Shower has good enough water pressure. Room has little fridge and coffee maker. I felt safe during my stay.

Check out is at 11 am but someone was knocking at the door at 9 and checking if its still occupied. There should be communication between housekeeping and front desk.
