Best Western Plus Executive Inn

Bed was the comfiest I’ve had in a long time. 10 out of 10 for the bed.

We showed up Saturday at 11am and first thing they said “ check in is at 3pm”. They still allowed me to check in however they weren’t very happy about it. Staff gave me a hard time about booking with a 3rd party. We didn’t make it one day. And I was told they couldn’t refund me that money. Which I never asked or argued about. We knew we would take a lose.. They also were painting the stairs which was an inconvenience knowing it was a long weekend. They could’ve done the painting during the week.

The breakfast was excellent! The food and drinks tasted good, the options were good, the dining room was clean and well attended to. The gentleman who brought the food and cleaned up the area worked hard and was consistently pleasant and courteous (he is a gem!). I enjoyed every breakfast in your dining area. The room was very clean and well stocked.

We switched rooms at the start of the visit due to the freeway noise. Other than moving your hotel away from the freeway I don’t have a suggestion.

loved that breakfast was included in our stay. bed were nice and comfy and the facilities were all super clean. we loved the pool area and spa. Loved that staff was always so friendly and helpful.

Honestly there was nothing we didn’t like about the property well maybe except we wished the pool area would have stayed open later. If I’m not mistaken I think they close the pool area at 8pm. We got back from Universal Studios around 8:30 or 9pm and it was closed. We wished we could have gotten in the spa for a bit to relax our tired muscles. Other than that I adore this property and stay here every time I visit California.

They have an amazing buffet style breakfast. The staff is always kind and courteous. The location is close to many great restaurants and shopping locations. The beds are extremely comfortable and the rooms are always well kept.

The proximity to the highway makes it hard to avoid the constant noise of vehicles but amusingly enough, they do provide ear plugs in the room.

Newly renovated and comfortable rooms. Very friendly staff. Enjoyed the quiet from an interior room which did not face the freeway. Close to our destinations for the day. Very comfortable beds

Horrible WiFi that kept dropping. Was not able to connect my laptop at all. The A/C unit was a bit noisy.

They can't help the location. I was there for a business trip and I was thankful to find them. It is located right next to a shopping center with places to eat. It's walkable and easy access. I LOVED the staff. They were really friendly and helpful. The rooms are super clean and breakfast had a pretty good selection of items. It was good.

I wasn't there long enough to notice anything I didn't like.

I absolutely loved the fact that my room came with a microwave and mini refrigerators. It was beyond convenient to not have to run out every chance I needed to heat up something. Also loved that my bed was super soft and comfortable. I also really appreciated the breakfast bag and coffee/juices they offered in the morning. That really saved me a trip so early in the morning from going out to grab a bite. Loved that there was a big variety of juices to choose from.

I was not too fond of the safety of the room doors. They seemed a bit dated and door was missing the lining/guard around it which caused some pretty big gaps and light beamed in pretty brightly.

Front desk service was great, courteous, clean and updated rooms, overall facility clean. Great location, many restaurants all around

Remote in room somewhat functional, breakfast little cool.

Easy going and serviceable staff. Decently priced for the amenities offered. Room was very comfortable and clean.

Wasn't aware there was maintenance and construction going on in a section of the facility, however it did not affect anything other than our view.

it was convenient to park in front of our room. my husband is disabled and the room was on the bottom floor which was a plus.

we did have to drive to a closer parking place to access the morning breakfast
