The room was roomy and clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Asked them which floor would be best and immediately suggested the top floor so no one is above my room. Self-service laundry is good, even thought it was a bit on the expensive side. There are resturants and shopping plaza surrounding the area, did not have to drive far to grab a bite. Even thought the room is facing the freeway, I didn't hear any traffic noise.

Nothing! Everything was great!

Hotel is easy to get to by car or taxi as it's close to highway. Swimming pool and djakuzi are great and you can use them from 8am to 10pm. In morning and evening hours there were no people so I enjoyed the pools alone - wonderful! Breakfast is included and it is decent. Rooms are of good size and have everything you need, including AC, big flat screen TV, microwave, small fridge and coffeemaker.

The AC was quite noisy so I had to turn it off for the night. It wasn't hot during the night so having AC off was completely fine. The hotel is close to highways so outside it might be a bit noisy but inside rooms it's quiet.

Simple but good enough breakfast is served everyday. The location of the hotel is pretty convenient. It is close to highway and you can get to Target and Walmart in minutes (driving).

The air conditioner is somewhat noisy. It's placed on the floor next to window and the bed next to it would be cold while the other bed far from it would be ok.

Your staff was great! Sylvia at the front desk is professional and friendly. She is one of the best "customer service representatives" I have worked with in a very long time.

Paper breakfast vouchers. You may want to go Digital or use the card key or some type of tokens or just the honor system. I know there might be some dishonest travelers, but the vouchers are not convenient. Pillows not firm.

Location was excellent for our purposes- to meet with relatives who live just a mile or so away. I was impressed with the lobby appearance- great first impression. Front desk staff professional and friendly. Our room was beautifully furnished- loved the wood floors-hate carpet! Breakfast was more- more variety, more quantity - than other hotels we’ve stayed at.

It’s quiet vibrant clean friendly and above all you feel like being with a friend on foreign land

The property and suites were immaculate. The beds so comfortable with a great large screen T.V with DTV. The location right off the Freeway makes for easy access. Plenty of parking and places to eat in the vicinity. Sylvia, at the Front Desk, was so incredibly helpful and genuine. I travel alot and she gave me the European vibe of service. Top Notch.

The hotel was fantastic! My daughter and I shared a room, and it was very spacious and the beds were super comfortable! Breakfast every morning was delicious and fresh!

Only complaint would be the location of the swimming pool. It was kind of creepy having to walk to the back of the hotel at night to go for a swim.

Gal who checked me in was the sweetest and I was offered wine/ beer & a cookie. Never had this before. Room was big, bed was super comfy, huge jet like tub was awesome and the room was nice & cold, micro fridge..awesome.. I loved it. Came due to construction on my house I will def come back.

There was nothing I disliked.

Everything. Walking distance to Chili's and Target, staff is super-accommodating, price-value is great.

The fan in the bathroom was rather noisy, but for the price we paid I wouldn't complain. The general problem in the USA: disposable plates and cutlery in the breakfast room. Again, it is the same everywhere we went, and this place is the best value for the price we've encountered.
