La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Sacramento North

The beds were very comfortable, and the staff were very friendly. overall, it was pretty clean. They were able to correct a problem immediately after I noticed. When we checked in I was double charged for the room instead of the initial hundred dollars for incidentals. 

Our bathtub had a clog!  Where we check in the bathtub looked a little dirty, but the property is a little bit older, even though it has been updated recently.  The bathtub did not drain when you took a shower able to flood and left all the residue and bacteria in it pretty gross!  They are supposed to come look at it when we left our room and they were not able to fix it so far today so I felt like I did not really get clean.

I loved the smell when you walked into the lobby and they also had water with oranges, cucumber and something else that was kept fresh daily the rooms were clean and nice for the price location was perfect there was plenty of stores around and food options.I love that security kept the homeless from roaming through the parking lots all night and felt my car was safe.Staff was all friendly and helped with whatever needs we needed while there.Breakfast was good too Only think is we wish the pool stayed open past 9 cause it was still hot around that time.

I loved the area. In n out burger was in the same parking lot as well.as.a drive through car wash. Starbucks across the street. Bank atms located less than 1 mile and close to fwy. The only thing I hated was the floors inside the room they had not been moped. My family and I had to purchase socks and slippers to keep our feet from getting dirty. Asked maid to mop but didn't happen. Other than that it was enjoyable. Oh yeah! I got bit by something twice. Maybe mosquito 🦟 or 🕷.

That they didn't mop room floors on the regular basis.

It was so clean with the rooms and also a good location to access the freeway and also with anything, shopping center not to far and fast food for my kids. The Miss’s that was cooking the breakfast did an amazing job with assisting the guests including my whole families that was staying in the hotel. We appreciated the employees especially the housekeepers! Amazing staffs, love the Lobby area and also with the cute water stations.

I don’t have a dislike with the property.

Hotel is in a really good location close to the airport, but not close enough to be bothered by noise. There is underground parking so very secure to leave your car. It is an easy level 25 minute walk to Millbrae BART station to get into downtown San Francisco. Hotel is undergoing a little remodelling when we stayed (April 2022) but this was not an inconvenience and I am sure it will make the hotel even better when completed. Staff were very friendly and helpful, there is a nice pool and relaxing area and breakfast was ok. I would definitely stay again.

Everything was very good.

The lobby was clean and smelled amazing, the breakfast also looked delicious. All the staff was really helpful. The room was a nice size. The bed, sheet, and pillows….. SO COMFORTABLE.

The bathroom was a little outdated and small but not bad at all I was only staying for one night and everything was accessible, water was adjustable and nice. Nothing really to complain about.

I have been staying at this hotel for years, when traveling to Sacramento the location is great! The prices are wonderful, the staff is wonderful, the facilities are nice and clean. The staff is very accommodating! Today I had a deadline and the staff allowed me to sit in the lobby and meet my deadline even after checking out!!!!!

The only minor complaint is, that I requested a late check-out which the front desk granted. However housekeeping was not notified and came and knocked on the door. They were kind, but should have been notified.

The bed was VERY comfortable and the room was quite spacious. The elevator worked and was not too far from the room. The breakfast in the morning was actually quite nice with a decent amount of options.

There wasn't a door on the bathroom sink so the other person had to hear and see the activity in that area. Also, there was a LOT of light that leaked in from around the black out curtains so it was not possible to make the room very dark.

Staff is super friendly and the property was well kept up. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The free breakfast was a plus.

The room wasn’t walked through. My tv wasn’t working n I had to trouble shoot it myself. First the TV was unplugged. Then the sensor was behind the dresser. Last I had to reprogram the remote. After a 7 hour drive it wasn’t what I wanted to be doing. Also wish the receptionist would of told me about the 100$ security deposit at check in. I woke up to it out of my account which I didn’t plan for.

Your staff is awsome. The location is perfect for what I do when I am in Sacramento. And the breakfast is a nice start to the day.

I know the hotel is getting some updates but my room was a little dirty. There was mildew on the shower walls and the curtain had something gross on it.
