An actual live person at the desk and nothing latest kiosk it is the most aggravating and I have not heard one person not one make a positive comment about having a kiosk so I'm grateful to see staff at the front they have all been polite, I was very grateful that they accepted my Amazon packages as I desperately needed the items they were very polite.

still can't figure out why my sensor camera that I carry with me when I wasn't in the room with this going off actually 49 times notifications and I knew that nobody had been in my room no staff or anyone else discontinued before a total of 116 times kind of odd

This hotel seem old but it is very well maintained. The outside is not the best but it is very well lit. Bathroom is not like 5 ⭐️ but decent for the budget price. AC cooling is good. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast I think was on the pricey side but lots of other places to grab food around hotel. Also located right at the corner of the freeway, easy to find, but not noisy when in the room. Will lodge here again.

I didn’t like ironing board :) It isn’t padded, so heat is not reflected back to whatever you are ironing. Waste of time. Not good for ironing your business shirt, was terrible over wrinkle did not come off even if there was steam from iron.

The staff was excellent my phone didn't work in my first room so then they moved me to another at that time I meet Kyle one of the nicest kindness helpful friendless person I ever meet being disabled people are not always helpful even if it's there job Kyle went out of his way to make sure I was fine an comfortable that day I rolled away with a great experience an a new friend name Kyle an a GREAT AN SAFE place to lay my head an trust me I have been to most of these motels in Sacramento

I am disabled an had 2 role through the carpeted hallways which was a little tuff an there wasn't enuff disabled parking in the front

All the staff were the best. They were all very helpful.

I understand because of covert19, breakfast was a disappointment as one who has to watch their health the choices that were put out could have been given more thought. Look forward for a full breakfast next time.

I totally loved the place. The awesome lady that checked me in was new but had just the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. I felt that she was just perfect especially for being new.

I didn’t care for the way the bedsheets were very clean. It was as if they either weren’t washed or weren’t washed correctly.

Staff was very nice and helpful and answered questions about the area. Pillows and the bed in the room were very comfortable.

Grill is still closed due to Covid even though indoor dining restrictions are lifted. They should prioritize getting that back open with limited seating and take out options even if it is a limited menu. TV a little small.

It was clean, quiet and comfortable. I am thankful that some hotels are now including make up remover wipe packet. I left mine at home.

Since we are on Covid restrictions I couldn’t swim in the pool. The staff member I checked in with just handed me the key. She didn’t say which side of the hotel my room is or the best way to get there. Instead she gave me a condescending attitude when I tried to get to the nearest elevator to my room. Be helpful to guests. I was in town for ankle surgery and I could’ve appreciated direction to my room.

all the room, the place was nice and clean. They have a very nice bathtub so I could take a relaxing hot shower after a very long of traveling and work. Thank you so much for all I did enjoy staying with you guys.
