Customer Service, Staff very helpful and polite.

The Bedding was not clean, had stains did not smell fresh. Overnight Parking was too expensive.

Good American breakfast (menu also available) and friendly staff. Comfortable, clean room. Good location near Little Italy at reasonable price (No frills). Convenient short ride to airport, cruise port and downtown. Nice toiletries and hair dryer provided in bathroom.

Nearby highway noise is noticeable, but not obtrusive. Limited airport shuttle schedule (check for specific day's times). Wi-Fi is ok, but sometimes weak signal strength. Minimal outdoor signage, so shuttles and ride shares may need additional info to find exact location.

It was very close to the freeway and on the bus route for my convention. There is a mini fridge and coffee machine, not a pot though, just a small cup heater. If you need a microwave, they have one available behind an unmarked door in the lobby. Large tv with cable and beds are fairly good sized.

The parking is terrifying and I drive a Prius! The lot is cramped and the ramps are so very very narrow. If you drive anything bigger than a Prius, forget it! Room was not completely clean, had food bits on the carpet, the toilet seat was half broken, sheets had a dried blood stain, and the area has two homeless camps nearby. Luckily the curtains drowned out the noise from the combined airport and freeway, but be prepared for hearing your neighbors through the Jack and Jill doorways.

great location in Little Italy. after all the negative reviews. Hotel has 3 new fast lift. no waiting time at all. my room was on 12th floor with pool view. room was fully refurbished. all new equipment. Garage has Tesla and universal chargers. 3+2 if not mistaken. breakfast is ala card, expensive. booked it in room rate. (Much cheaper)

garage is really narrow. so, if you are having pickup, forget about getting in and out. For normal cars (sedans, SUV) is manageable.

Staff was friendly and for the most part accommodating. The cookies upon arrival was a nice touch. Also the car charger in parking lot ( though could have used additional ones, not sure if there where any upper level.)

Everything was great, but you have to ask to have room cleaned by 11am, not a problem. We called down an asked that the room be made up at 9am and to get extra soap and towels. At the end of the day we arrived and the towels and soap had arrived but the room was untouched.

Five minutes from the airport

specifically chose this hotel as they had an airport shuttle. Prior to my trip I called and confirmed they had a shuttle and would be operating hours when I arrived and departed. I was surprised when I called on 8/30/2022 at 9pm and was told no shuttle was available that night. I took an Uber and cost me $22 +tip. Upon arriving at the hotel, I confirmed a 6am departure from the hotel, back to the airport. That was confirmed and departed on time

Rooms were big and beds were comfy. The view was amazing. The staff was accommodating. We got cookies and water during our stay. Plus, the pool looked cool. i did not go in but could see from my balcony. I would stay here again. Lastly, the area was nice and safe. Good location to other places.

There was 1 micro mix up, and it is more of a lesson for next time since COVID changed up how hotels operate. I did not know due to COVID there is only cleaning when you request, my check in host did not bring to my attention. So later that day when i saw the room was not cleaned i told another host. They apologized and helped provide toiletries and then said security would bring up the towels but I ended up having to go downstairs late at night for to get myself. It is end of day the host will help but be mindful if you need towels you may need to ask for it right then to avoid my mistake.

It was very clean, good location friendly front desk woman who checked us in around 12 pm.

They hit you w a 150$ deposit 💸 also I was send off I came in at 12am after the bad bunny concert requested a 4:30 am shuttle to airport, the lady was on the phone nodded and wrote it down. when I came down at 4:30 am the other woman who was there was clueless not sure if they were the same personbut she said oh no we don’t have shuttles until 5am! well thanks for that misinformation I could have slept 30 mins more!

The location in Little Italy was perfect so travelers have ample amazing restaurants, drinking and coffee options to choose from. There was a cool little market right beside us, and a food hall with a nice fountain down the same street. Its walkable to the water and other cool areas like the gaslamp quarter. A person has access to the local train having the nearest stop about an 8 minutes walk away for a regular paced walker. The room was a nice size, beds were comfortable, there was a balcony with a nice view of San Diego, a huge TV, and the bathroom was really nice- it had a spa like feel to it. I liked the Italian inspired decor throughout both the hotel lobby/ entrance and within the rooms as well. The pool area was nice with a sweet view of the city area. We were shuttled for free to the airport early in the morning after our stay which was a huge bonus. We were able to check in a couple hours early, too, which was awesome after coming off the plane and wanting to shower and regroup.

I have nothing to complain about whatsoever.

We’re so happy with our stay in this hotel. Staff at the reception desk were polite and friendly, the delicious cookies and bottled water at the desk is a plus. The hotel location is so convenient to visit anywhere. The entire hotel and room are clean. The room we stayed had a fabulous view and quiet at night providing a good night’s rest. As a frequent traveler to San Diego we are looking forward for another stay in this hotel.
