Four Points by Sheraton San Diego Downtown Little Italy

loved this hotel, we didn’t get to spend to much time as we were out in San Diego enjoying the weather and the many things they offer but for the price and the way everything looked it was good but the parking at first was a hassle as it does not have many spots to park at but if was actually so convenient especially for our room we have a toddler so I loved that we were able to just get in the hotel easily and fast from the parking area right up to our room the elevator from the parking lot took us right to our floor. So we didn’t have to deal with walking in the lobby and walking far.

Easy to get in and out of. Staff was very helpful. Staff was very friendly. Nice work out facilities.

No room cleaning. No towels at the pool.

The locaion is great, right beside little Italy and very close to the gaslamp quarter. Ideal for someone who can afford to eat out. There is a great farmer's market on the doorstep on Saturdays too.

Breakfast should be included or at least give the option to just buy breakfast. If you want it, you have to upgrade your whole package. Apart from that, all is great. Needing the access card for everywhere isn't ideal but understandable as it's for security.

Location was great! About 10 minutes from everything we did. From the reservation it showed a king bed and sofa bed. They said they don’t have a sofa bed so they gave me a roll out bed… Not the size I expected but atleast they accommodated me. A couple of the front desk staff was nice.

We had a problem getting towels. The housekeeping wouldn’t give towels they said we had to go downstairs and ask. We would ask in the morning, and wouldn’t get any. They said they would put it in our room. When we came back at night they said they were washing them… so still no towels…. Then breakfast was supposed to be including in our reservation but it must not be a part of everyone’s reservation because one person gave us the muffins and another person said they weren’t free…. When I later went to ask if I owed for the muffins the guy said they were free… so I don’t know but we only got them one day. I’m not gonna argue over muffins not with it!

Very nice location. Right by freeway. Little Italy and Gaslamp Quarter are only 5-20 minutes away by foot. Room was nice, as expected. Having to pay extra for parking was a bit of a bummer.

The location was perfect and being near the freeway made our vacation easier. The staff were all very polite, informative, and understanding. The room appeared very clean upon arrival. I will say that everyone at the front desk had a great personality and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.

Parking was not an issue until Friday and Saturday. People parked without paying it appeared (but the hotel gave them a warning sticker). It felt like there were far too few parking spots for that many rooms.

Modern and renovated room and bathroom. The front desk was manned by exceptional personnel - friendly, helpful and efficient! Thanks Lia Brown for making my stay so comfortable and seamless; and accommodating my requests as best as you could!

Parking rates are not included in the room tariff. But this is the norm in the downtown area.

I liked customer service, which was super efficient and friendly. I'd like to personally thank Raymond Leon for his prompt and professional service.

There was an advertised price of $14.99 for the morning breakfast and the actual price was $25, which was expensive for what was provided.

The location was absolutely perfect for what my boyfriend and I were doing. They upgraded our room for free to a better view and the view was stunning so we were very grateful. The bed was comfortable and the shower was nice. We overall had a great stay! Wish we could’ve afforded to stay longer.

When we first arrived to check in for our room, there was an issue with charging my card for incidentals. They told me the charge didn’t go through on my card, although $150 was clearly taken out out of my card. They then proceeded into to ask me to try another card , I told them I cannot afford to have $300 gone. I anyways attempted to use another card, where it charged me only $1. They could not figure out what was going on and I was getting very frustrated. My stay would have been immensely better without this error.
