The room was large, the sheets smelled and felt clean and fresh. I also appreciated the large towels!

Having to recheck i. To extended stay, but thankful to be accommodated! The wifi was not secured for guests. Wifi should have designated channels for up to 10 devices isolated per room for added internet security. The wifi was open, unsecured, and capable of being mined for data. The users are guests and all should be done to ensure their stay, money, and memories remain free of fraud, phishing, and scams!

Great location and the room was what we expected.

Parking was a hassle, and the overflow parking was inconvenient.

location and breakfast. There were some changes since COVID. They used to have coffee in the rooms. So if got up early had to knock on the office door to see if I could get some coffee. I brought Tea with me, but had to pull light over to end of table to plug in microwave to heat water or warm up anything.

Someone checked in with kids and it was late and they were screaming and yelling, running around. Then once back to sleep then there were some adults that started yelling at each other. So was up early that day.

The properties was kind to give us as many extra towels and sanitary items as we needed and the beds were comfortable. The mini fridge in the rooms was an excellent detail to keep our own drinks/food cold.

The continental breakfast was very very standard with bagels, toast, waffles, jam, cream cheese, different juice, and yogurt but if you want a quick bite of either of those it would be perfect for you.

The stuffs were very very amazing, they were all very helpful and understanding. The location was great too as was in downtown, walking distance to places.

wifi’s was not working, I had to cut my stay short due to internet connection difficulties. I think the management team really need to reconsidered of upgrading their internet service to high speed internet, considering nowadays everything is being done online, it’s unacceptable to have poor poor access to internet/wifi. The front line stuffs can only do their part as in area of customer services, but the management team also need to think of the comfort of their guests, especially wifi, as some people work remotely.

Beds and sheets are comfortable. Bathroom is okay but is a little small for family use. (We are a family of 4). There is a mart across the street in case you want to purchase small snacks. Little Italy is walking distance which saves you from the hassle of finding a parking spot!

Bathroom is a little cramped. There is an old scent that lingers in the room. A/C is a bit loud.

That #1 I was early for check In and They found a room for me early .

I know thats its hard to keep the carpet clean . Biut, I walked across the floor in white socks and they were BLACK when I took them off.
