European Hostel

1.The fact people can cook their ❤priority meal Excellent!!! ( only issue some people leave dirty dishes of night before in sink. They should leave clean area after their meal since its a sharing kitchen) 2. Free Wifi . That you can use free network thats a plus. Your stay can never be bored. That's for sure

1. BEDs. Since they are frm steel, need to be TIGHTEN up more.. They make noise when one turn, getting in, or off bed. At times you could even hear next room bed. 2. Though NOT necessary, but Wish there would be vending machine with FAIR PRICE in convenience of a quick drink, snack or water.

I liked the low price, which I expected at a hostel, and this was even lower than I expected. The kitchen and adjoining TV room was O.K., with comfortable couch and a couple of padded chairs.

The upper bunk bed was so low that making the lower bunk was awkward. The TV remote control was gone and I was told it didn't work. When I arrived I was told that I should not have booked a room since San Francisco County law specifies that California residents are not to be lodged in hostels. The manager made an exception for me since we knew of no way I could get a refund from booking.com for what I pre-paid.

It was easily seen from the street. When locating the hotel. I love this windows and roof access. The people working there we’re so kind, flexible, and so helpful. Showers were nice! Great lighting. So many walks of life we’re staying here and it was so much fun getting to meet and talk to everyone.

I mean you get what you pay for. Bed was a little uncomfy, the fridge in the room did not work. Our floor had a busted sink with gross water in it. But honestly not to many complaints.

This property was very convenient, and good for the price. If your not a hotel person and more or a sightseeing person, this hotel will be for you. The management is very professional and I couldn’t have wanted anything more.

The lounge area could have been a little better, but again if your not a hotel person and more of a sightseeing person, than it doesn’t matter.

Nick is super friendly and the facility is clean. It's not always easy finding a bathroom when you need one if it's fully booked, however my husband and I stayed here twice while I worked in the area and both times I had no problems

The neighborhood is a little scary at night.

For a little trip in San Francisco on a budget this place was Perfect! , the dorms were quiet, the people staying (from all over the world) were very friendly and the staff also were very friendly and accommodating. I will stop by again on my way back through and recommend travelers to stay here also.

nothing to complain about at all, for a budget hostel this is as good as it gets imo with my travels in california

Good location, close to Bart. I stayed in the private queen room, it had a good comfortable bed. Big kitchen that guests have access to. Heating in room. Beautiful private bathroom.

Room was next to the kitchen so very noisy and must have poor ventilation because all the smells came to room. No cell reception in the room.

Everything! I felt young and back in college. Spoke with people who were up at 5:00am in the kitchen. The price was within my slim budget. Yay! Front Desk Manager there for 18 years. That shows stability. Love and peace to all the European Hostel staff and guests.

I have no critique. Period.

It was clean. The staff was nice. It felt safe inside. Early luggage storage is great m brong ur own lock. But alot of lockers.

The outside area isn't so nice. The location isn't that good but the place inside is nice n safe

With 24$ in a shared room it's one of the cheapest places I found to spent one night in San Francisco. Since my expectations were realistic about the price, I liked the place and people I got to know there and do recommend the value for price ratio!
