There is an information - breakfast included, but they didn’t serve it. we paid for something we didn’t get. Bedsheets wasn’t changed, just re-set from previous customers (we didn’t want to deal with that, we were too tired) Bit noisy - because of busy area

near to BART and Street car station, very convenient
inflexible check out, no housekeeping during the whole stay. an incident where the manager refuse to believe his access card is not working and I had to repeatedly go up and down three (3) times to test out the faulty cards before being convinced. terrible attitude

The location was great, close to public transport and the grocery market. The Internet worked well. Friendly staff.
Where do I start - there's no convenience (no water, no fridge, the heating system didn't work, cold water in the ADA shower, no way to cast Netflix, etc.) The worst part was the smell - I had to buy Glade to stay in for five days. There's some serious Asian cooking within the building but nonproper ventilation, so it stays. The room wasn't clean, and no Room service during one's stay (not even optional) made it worse.
