Montgomery suite was nice

That I was suppose to check in on 11/5/21 but for unforeseen reasons we didn’t arrive until 11/6/21 to find out my card was charged for the nights stay and my reservation was sold and if I was charged for 1 night I should’ve had access to the room until checkout time 11/6/21. Then I was charged more to stay the rest of the days that I had reserved. If I was charged my room should’ve been available to me until checkout time

It was a very nice hotel, with friendly staff. The hotel was easy to get to, and very convenient for all of downtown San Jose. There are lots of great attractions and restaurants nearby. The staff was very friendly, and helpful as far as directions and ideas for where to go. Parking is moderately priced and readily available.

The mattress was pretty firm and kind of lumpy. The front doors are not automatic and they're heavy enough to make entering and exiting with a suitcase somewhat difficult.

everything went well but i was not told that i would be charged for parking the amount that i was charged was high and it shocked me that i had to pay so much that part was not made clear to me everything ells was amazingly great thank you i would love to keep this as my go to place when ever i come to San Jose the staff was so nice and the room keepers were so fast thank you for a great stay

Enjoyed my stay in Four Points by Sheraton San Jose Downtown for 16 nights, everything was perfect, the management allowed me to change my room after arrival, nice location, close to many restaurants and cafes, public transportation, close to San Jose State University where my son is a student. I will recommend to everyone. Would stay again for sure.

Opening wardrobe to watch TV, free coffee available only in tne morning.

Location is close to where I need to be

Stuff seems very busy and overwhelm. They are polite but not very willing to help, when the vending machine broken and I have no access any bottle water, they just politely shrug their shoulder. Since there is no room service during the COVID 19, I have to ask for towel each night. When I ask for more, it seems there is not enough towels.

Although at the beginning I had difficulties due to canceled flights and one-day late arrival, the hotel staff made all possible efforts to resolve the situation. My stay in the hotel was very pleasant. Thank you!

I like the location. My events were around the corner. Asian Fusion restaurant within property was EXCELLENT.

I rose early for the “continental breakfast”. So bad. Teeny muffins, granola bars, yogurt cups with apple juice, apples, oranges and coffee pods. They should not bother. Actually, they didn’t! 😆 Starbucks across the street…

love location as easy walking distance to great restaurants

don’t like restaurant on premises…a separate business, yet off the lobby. hours are limited and if you come down to lobby for coffee from urns on bar, charge 6.00….

The room was very comfortable lots of room bathrooms were very clean and spacious very peaceful the beds were so comfortable I slept like a baby I wanted to take the pillows home I have never slept on a pillow like the ones they have for the customers stay

A bit high on the parking space for your vehicle

Complimentary water bottles and tea/coffee fixtures. Comfy mattress. Spacious clean bathroom. Room service was quick because I asked for extra towels.

Shower curtains weren't water repellent and water dripped all over the floor so my clothes got soaked.
