For a one night stay before catching a flight out of San Jose airport this hotel is ideal. Staff at the front desk upon check-in were very nice (a young Indian fellow) and gave us a room facing out to the back. It was quiet and large enough, though dated and somewhat worn. Decently clean.

If arriving late and getting a room facing the street side it would be really noisy. Parking is also rather tight. Two folks came with what looked like delivery vans and they struggled. Some of the guests also seemed to be a bit iffy, but it was for only one night, and the place was overall clean and well-managed. Breakfast, again, was basic motel style - not much to write home about.

The breakfast was excellent! Breakfast burritos, English muffin sandwiches, fresh fruit, waffles, toast , pastries, juice coffee and tea. It was much more than I expected. What stands out most from our visit was how friendly everyone that worked there was ! Nik was especially courteous and helpful and the women who cleaned the rooms(sorry I don’t remember her name) was very kind and helpful.

The only negative I can think of was that the bed was not comfortable. Rock hard

It was clean. Desk staff were friendly and explained the snacks that were available even in the evening, for free, which included coffee, hot chocolate, juices, yogurt, granola bars, fruit, refrigerated egg/sausage McMuffins, boiled eggs, cheese sticks, individually wrapped sweet rolls. Grab and Go breakfast was offered in the morning, with freshly made items to go. The room had a refrigerator and microwave and a coffee machine, with coffee packets.

It would have been nice to have valet service with the luggage. One rolling luggage carrier was there, but more could have been used, if there was a group, etc.

Book with confidence here. I mean it! I needed to stay somewhere last minute and it was close to midnight, prior I had stopped at 2 different hotels to see if I could get a reasonable rate for the night (looked online prior) and surely the best for last was Best Western Airport Plaza. Checking in is easy & convenient and the staff including housekeeping are wonderful. Alma, who works front desk delivered exceptional customer service and was extremely professional. Overall this location is ideal for anyone on the go but also anyone needing to stay for a few days as the rooms are very well maintained & clean - feels like a giant master bedroom. The location said "airport" but it was far enough away we never heard planes, which was wonderful. Our room was very comfortable with a nice view of the neighborhood. It was in close proximity of many local food locations. There was a hot, full breakfast in the morning which was delicious!

Location was good for our volleyball tournament at San Jose Convention Center. Room was clean and comfortable. Having access to hot coffee and other beverages was great especially on a cold and rainy day! The front desk was very friendly.

Nothing overwhelming that made the stay uncomfortable.

The staff was amazing, they really tried to make my experience the best. Room was super spacious and comfortable. I really enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which had a lot of nice options. Bonus was the little tea/coffee bar that was always accessible.

I had the bad luck of having roadworks outside my window. Not their fault of course.

Clean and typical for Best Western hotel with all you need for a good stay. Special bonus: great coffee maker at the lobby with real espresso available 24\7

Property was nice and clean! Staff were super friendly and always helpful. Location wasn’t too far from restaurants or grocery stores.

The walls were a little thin. we could hear the tv from the room next door.
