EZ 8 Motel San Jose I

it was quiet. Had business to tend, and the night rest was great. The only issue was the night auditor was short and unpleasant. He asked me for my information and there was a person behind me. As I had already handed him my ID for verification. Clien discrression and privacy is important. So there was no need for shortness either. I had shown him my ID, he can look up the booking. That is why hes a night auditor.

It had a pool and Jacuzzi. I did not use it, because it was raining. But, i would have if it would have been nice out.

I liked the pricing however for the room I got I think it was a little high and I'm not a tourist so I'm not sure why I was charged to tourist fee.

When I checked in the cleaning lady had just wet clean the floors so I had to deal with wet floors for a few hours. The bed sheets were very thin and uncomfortable along with towels that have obviously been washed many times so they've lost all softness

The value given the price per night. The room and amenities were exactly what I expected given the daily rate.

The toilet was loose and it kept rocking side to side when you tried to sit on it. In the motels defense, I didn't say anything about it because my friends and I were hardly in the room. We just literally needed a place to freshen up and sleep.

The counter man was good to me not charging me the 11 o'clock check out time when I was 11:30 late paying for the room again for another night's stay. Nice clean rooms and a nice decent price. 👌

T,v having freezing station problems throughout the day.

Comfortable, quiet, safe, clean and well kept property. Great value I would stay here again.

One of the smoke alarms or the gas detectors was covered in plastic when I arrived. I was told not to remove it that it was fine. I’m sure I wouldn’t be misguided so I assume all is fine but kinda made me raise an eyebrow. Over all quiet comfortable stay. Thank you for great security and a comfortable stay. I’m grateful.

Access to lighrail trains and 7-11 store for coffee n snacks and of course always go to berryessa flea market when I come down

There's nothin to not like I come down from Sacramento cause San Jose puts on best Old School concerts.

It was so refreshing and pleasant to a very tired and weary man. I loved it all

I have to admit to being so tired and thankful for a comfortable and welcoming room good sleep through the night. I woke refreshed. Thank you.

7-11 good for coffee n mornin bus an literal within walking distance to get around

This weekend literal was down due to repairs on track but that's not motels fault

Nice large room, I like the sign in lobby about diversity and inclusion I thought that was a nice modern gesture. The location is so good it's on historical route 66 very close to the shops.

No problems I can think of.

The staff was nice, over all a good affordable motel, I liked that there was a security there at night. The room was clean I can’t complain about it bedding and pillows all clean. comfortable beds is a plus!

I didn’t like that the room smelled like cigarettes. Even after 4 hours of having the window open it didn’t cover up the smell.
